المستخلص: يحاول هذا البحث أن يلقي الضوء على مصطلح (الاستشراق) ويبين المراد منه، وبيان الوسائل التي اتبعها المستشرقون لمعرفة كل ما يتعلق ببلاد المشرق -عقائد، وعادات، وطبائع الشعوب، ولغات مختلفة، ولهجات، من خلال الترجمة، وتحقيق الآثار والمخطوطات، واكتشاف الثروات المتنوعة، وهذه كانت وسائل للوصول إلى غايات معلنة أو مستورة هي السيطرة على هذه الشعوب، وإخضاعها لمرادهم، والاستيلاء على ثرواتهم، ويعد الاستشراق أسلوبا خاصا في الفكر يُبنى على تفرقه أساسية بين الشرق والغرب، حتي زعموا أن الغربيين عقليون ومحبون للسلام، ومتحررون ومنطقيون...، أما الشرقيون فليس لهم من ذلك كله شيء!! وقد حظيت الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية بالنصيب الأكبر من رعاية الغرب وحفاوتهم، وكان لهذه الدراسات الأولوية، لأن فهم إيدلوجيا الدولة يؤدي إلى الوقوف على أيسر السبل في التعامل معها، واكتساب أفضل المكاسب، والغرب لا ينسى أن الدين الإسلامي مكن القبائل المتفرقة من لم الشعث ومنحهم القوة، لذلك اقتحموا داره ونشروا دينهم بين أظهرهم... وناصبوه العداء، وتتابعت محاولاتهم على اللغة والدين فهما ودراسة، مستسلمين لها تارة، ومناصبيها العداء تارة أخرى، وحاولوا إقناع القراء بأنهم يلتزمون الطرق العلمية لينجذب إليهم الشرقيون ابتداء، ثم استثمروا ذلك كله ليعود بالنفع عليهم، وقد تنوع المستشرقون، فمنهم الملتزم بالحيدة والمنهاج العلمي وقليل هؤلاء... ومنهم المتعصب المستعلي المبغض للإسلام والمسلمين والعرب... فكتبت حرابهم كتابات بعيدة عن الموضوعية، وجاءت تتقاطر منها قطرات الكراهية... وحينما طالعت المواد المطروحة عن الاستشراق والمستشرقين سواء أكانت ورقية مطبوعة، أم منشورة على شبكات التواصل، هالني كم المعلومات التي أتلقاها... ومن ثم كانت الصعوبة في الانتقاء، ومحاولة الفرار من التكرار، وعرض رؤية شخصية قد توافق الأكثرية أو تخالفها، لكنها في كل الأحوال مسببة، وتستند إلى أدلة.

This research attempts to shed light on this term (Orientalism) and clarify what is meant by it, as it tries to clarify the means that Orientalists used to know everything related to the countries of the East- beliefs, customs, and natures of peoples, different languages, and countless dialects, through translation. The investigation of antiquities and manuscripts, and the discovery of various wealth, all of which were means to reach declared or hidden goals, which is to control these peoples, to subjugate them to their will, and to seize their wealth. Westerners are rational, peace- loving, liberal, logical, and capable of acquiring real values, while Easterners have nothing of that!! Linguistic and literary studies have received the largest share of the care and hospitality of the West, and these studies have priority, because understanding the ideology of the state leads to finding the easiest way to deal with it, and gaining the best gains, and the West does not forget that the Islamic religion enabled the scattered tribes to unite the Shaath and give them strength Therefore, they stormed his house and spread their religion among their backs.. and they set up hostility against him, and their attempts continued on language and religion in understanding and study, surrendering to it at times, and to its positions of hostility at other times. The Orientalists varied, some of them committed to impartiality and the scientific method until their judgment came closer to the truth, and their proposal came closer to objectivity, and few of them...and some of them dived into the sea of Arab works, shielding the shield of fanaticism, arrogance and hatred of Islam, Muslims and Arabs... So they wrote their spears in writings far from objectivity. And from it, drops of hate poured out... and the achievements of the Orientalists mostly revolved around four axes: (the linguistic axis, the religious axis, the political axis, and the societal cultural axis). What is presented about orientalism and orientalists, whether it is in printed paper or published on social networks; I was horrified by the amount of information that I receive... Hence the difficulty in selecting, trying to escape from repetition, and presenting a personal view that the majority might agree or disagree with, but in all cases it is causative, and is based on evidence.
