المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث موضوعا مهما من مواضيع علم الحديث، وهو موضوع سماع الأبناء من آبائهم، إذ إن البحث في اتصال السند وانقطاعه هو أول ما ينظر إليه أئمة النقد عند معاينتهم لروايات المحدثين، باعتباره أول شرط ينبغي أن يتحقق في الحديث الصحيح، لأن شرط العدالة يؤدي إلى معرفة الكذب المتعمد، وأما شرط الضبط فلتوقي الوقوع في الخطأ، والاتصال شرط رئيس لضمان عدم وقوع الآفتين كلتيهما، لأجل ذلك أقاموا علم التاريخ وفن طبقات الرواة الذي يقوم بدوره على بيان تواريخ مواليد الرواة ووفياتهم، وتواريخ رحلاتهم، وأماكن لقائهم بشيوخهم، ولهذا السبب قام علماء الجرح والتعديل بهتك أستار من ادعى السماع من الرواة الكذابين عمن فوقه، والهدف الرئيس من هذا البحث هو بيان سماع أبان بن عثمان بن عفان من أبيه، ومنهجي في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي عن طريق الترجمة لأبان بن عثمان بن عفان وأبيه وبيان درجتهما، مع عرض آراء علماء الحديث في مسألة السماع، والموازنة بين أقوالهم، وسرد الروايات الحديثية التي تؤكد السماع من عدمه، ومنهجي في التخريج تخريج الأحاديث الواردة في هذا البحث من مصادرها الأصلية، وذلك بذكر اسم الكتاب والباب، ورقم الحديث، والجزء والصفحة، وأقدم أيضا في التخريج الصحيحين إذا كان الحديث فيهما، أو في أحدهما، فإذا لم يكن الحديث فيهما أو في أحدهما أقدم الكتب الستة، ثم أرتب الكتب حسب الوفاة، ثم أبين الرأي الراجح في المسألة، وقد توصلت من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن الراجح في هذه المسألة هو سماع أبان بن عثمان من عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه اعتمادا على الروايات الصحيحة المؤكدة لهذا السماع.

This research dealt with an important topic of modern science, which is the subject of hearing children from their parents, as the search for the connection of the bond and its interruption is the first thing that the imams of criticism look at when examining the novels of the modernists, as the first condition that should be achieved in the right talk, because the condition of justice leads to the knowledge of deliberate lies, and the condition of control prevention of making mistakes, Communication is a key condition to ensure that both scourges do not occur, so they have established the science of history and the art of the classes of storytellers, which in turn is based on the statement of the dates of the children of the narrators and their deaths, the dates of their journeys, and the places where they meet their elders, and for this reason the wound and modification scholars have insulted the curtains of those who claimed to hear from the false storytellers above him, The main objective of this research is to show the hearing of Aban bin Osman bin Afan from his father, and the methodology in this study is the analytical inductive approach through translation of the fathers of Bin Osman bin Afan and his father and the statement of their degree, with the presentation of the opinions of modern scholars on the issue of hearing, balancing their words, and narrating modern novels that confirm hearing from or not, and a method of graduation of the hadiths contained in this research from its original sources, By mentioning the name of the book and the door, the number of the hadith, and the part and the page, and I also present in the correct graduation if the hadith is in them, or in one of them, if the hadith is not in them or in one of them the oldest of the six books, then I arrange the books according to death, and then show the most likely opinion in the matter, and I have reached through this research that the most likely in this matter is to hear the father of Ben Osman from Osman bin Afan, may God rest his soul based on the correct and confirmed accounts of this hearing.
