المستخلص: جاءت الشرائع لتنظيم الحياة، وهدفها إسعاد الإنسان، وإبعاده عن الانحراف الفكري والسلوكي، ولا يخفى أن الشرائع السماوية إنما جاءت عن طريق اللغات، وهي متكونة من الألفاظ والكلمات، ومن هنا صار للإنسان حظ في تفسير نصوص الدين وتأويلها بغرض بيان مقاصدها ومعانيها، ولا ينكر في اختلاف الناس من حيث درجات العلم والإخلاص، ومن هنا ولهذا السبب- التقصير- إما في العلم والفهم أو الإخلاص ظهر الانحراف في الاستدلال والتأويل الفاسد للنص، ولاسيما بعد ظهور الفرق المنسوبة للإسلام، فحاولوا استغلال النصوص والاستدلال بها سوءا لتأييد فكرتهم المنحرفة، أو لتحقيق مصلحة آنية، وعموما تفسير بعض النصوص الدينية بعيدا عن روح الدين ومقصده الذي جاء من أجله صار ظاهرة متكررة، وهي خطوة خطيرة، لأن لها تبعات ونتائج فيما بعد فتؤثر في نوعية التفكير والسلوك، وكافة مجالات الحياة، ومن ثمار هذه الصنعة ظاهرة التطرف والانحراف الفكري والسلوكي، لأن النصوص مصدر الدين، والمتدين يخضع لمعانيها المبينة والمستخرجة من قبل العالم فتكون آثار سوء الاستدلال بالنص تنعكس سلبا على تعامل الفرد في المجتمع وتصرفاته مع الآخرين، ولعظم خطورة آثار سوء الاستدلال بالنصوص وتأثيراته على الانسان فضلت أن يكون موضوع هذه الدراسة هو سوء الاستدلال بالنصوص.

Corrupt interpretation is considered a poor inference of the text as well, and the interpretation of some religious texts as an interpretation far from the spirit of religion and its purpose for which it came to be a recurring phenomenon in all religions, which is a dangerous step, because it has consequences and consequences later, affecting the quality of thinking and behavior, and all areas of life, and from The fruit of this workmanship is the phenomenon of extremism and intellectual deviation, because texts are the source of religion, and the religious is subject to their meanings expressed and extracted by the world, so the effects of poor inference in the text are very serious, and the effects of poor textual reasoning and its effects on the human being have preferred the subject of this study to be poor textual reasoning.
