المستخلص: تعد ريادة الأعمال من المجالات التي تسهم في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية للمجتمعات. وتؤكد الجامعات المعاصرة على أهمية ريادة الأعمال في ظل ما يواجهه العالم اليوم من تغيرات متسارعة ومتلاحقة في بيئة الأعمال، حيث تقدم الجامعات مجموعة متنوعة من البرامج التعليمية والتدريبة والأنشطة في مجال ريادة الأعمال، والتي يشترك في تنفيذها مراكز ريادة الأعمال بتلك الجامعات. ففي جامعة كامبريدج بإنجلترا University of Cambridg تم تأسيس مركز ريادة الأعمال the Entrepreneurship Centre 2003م، بهدف نشر روح المبادرة داخل مجتمع جامعة كامبريدج وعلى نطاق أوسع على المستويين المحلي والدولي، وذلك من خلال إعداد وتقديم مجموعة من الأنشطة التعليمية التي تسهم في بناء المهارات الريادية لدى الأفراد. وفي جامعة لوند بالسويد Lund University تم إنشاء مركز ستين جونسون لريادة الأعمال Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship (نسبة إلى مؤسسه) في عام 2011، وذلك ككيان تنظيمي دائم للتعليم والبحث في مجال ريادة الأعمال. وفي جامعة عين شمس، تم تأسيس مركز الابتكار وريادة الأعمال في عام 2013 م، وذلك بهدف تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار وريادة الأعمال للشباب، ويقدم المركز مجموعة من الأنشطة، والبرامج التدريبية، وورش العمل في مجال ريادة الأعمال. وقد هدف البحث الراهن الوصول إلى إجراءات مقترحة لتطوير مركز الابتكار وريادة الأعمال بجامعة عين شمس على ضوء خبرتي كل من جامعة كامبريدج وجامعة لوند وبما يتفق مع السياق المجتمعي المصري.

Entrepreneurship is one of the areas that contribute to the economic development of societies. Contemporary universities emphasize the importance of entrepreneurship in light of the rapid and successive changes that the world is facing today in the business environment. Universities offer a variety of educational and training programs and activities in the field of entrepreneurship, which are jointly implemented by the entrepreneurship centers in those universities. At the University of Cambridge, England, the Entrepreneurship Center was established in 2003, with the aim of spreading the spirit of entrepreneurship within the University of Cambridge community and on a larger scale at the local and international levels, by preparing and presenting a set of educational activities that contribute to building the entrepreneurial skills of individuals. At Lund University, Sweden, the Sten K. Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship (after its founder) was established in 2011 as a permanent organizational entity for education and research in the field of entrepreneurship. At Ain Shams University, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center was established in 2013, with the aim of promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship for young people. The center offers a range of activities, training programs, and workshops in the field of entrepreneurship. The current research aimed to reach proposed procedures for developing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Ain Shams University in the light of the experiences of both the University of Cambridge and Lund University and in accordance with the Egyptian societal context.
