المستخلص: إن علاقة تشابكية وجدلية تكون واضحة المعالم في النصوص المعرفية الأولى بين عملية بناء الفرد معرفيا، وبين تحقيق مفهوم الأمن الثقافي في الحياة العامة للفرد وانعكاساتها عليه بإزاء النظر إليه مفردا أو منظويا تحت لواء المجتمع، وتتجلى تلك العلاقة في إمعان النظر وإجالة الفكر في النصوص القرآنية الكريمة، وتطبيقات عدله الكرام (عليهم السلام). إن البحث يقوم على فرضية تتأس من الإجابة على سؤال يتقوم بضرورة معرفة الإنسان عن علة خلقه وإيجاده، وهل خلق لأجل العبادة الظاهرة المتمثلة سلفا بأداء الصلاة والصيام وأضرابهما، أم أنه أمر أكبر بكثير من ذلك لا يتحصل بدوا إلا من خلال التربية العبادية، وهذا ما يميل إليه البحث ويسوق الأدلة على إثباته، ومن هنا تتجلى فكرة البحث وظهور تلك العلاقة التبادلية بين عملية البناء المعرفي للفرد الذي يتكفل النص الأول ببيانه وتحقيق الأمن الثقافي في مقابله، فتبدوا للفرد حينئذ صحته مبتنياته القائمة على أسس سليمة، فتتقاطع مع فكر القتل التي قد يتصورها تقربا إلى الله، وهي في أصلها عملية إبادة ما أنزل الله بها من سلطان. إن مبحثا تمهيديا يبدوا من الضرورة تسليط الضوء عليه لبيان المفاهيم العامة التي اشتمل عنوان البحث عليها لتتوضح معالمه المتمثلة بـ (العلاقة التبادلية بين بناء الفرد معرفيا وتحقيق الأمن الثقافي قراءة معرفية في تراث أهل البيت (عليه السلام)، ونردفها بمبحث ثان يتعلق بالبناء المعرفي للفرد على ضوء النصوص الأولى من القرآن الكريم وتطبيقات عدله الكرام (عليهم السلام)، ولما نريد بيان مفهوم الأمن الثقافي وارتباط ذلك بالبناء المعرفي للفرد ينعقد المبحث الثالث معرفا بمفهوم الأمن الثقافي من حيث كونه على نحو الإجمال الإطار العام الذي يوفر ثقافة صالحة يتمكن الفرد من خلاله التعايش على أسس سليمة وقواعد صالحة لا تدخل فيها متبنيات لها مرجعيات أخرى قد تخل بالنظام العام، والضابط في ذلك كله الخطاب الرباني المقدس، ولأجل ذلك تظهر العلاقة الترابطية بين البناء المعرفي وعملية التخلية بإزالة الرواسب وأسسه، وتحقيق التحلية وأسسها.

There is an interlaced, controversial and cleared relations in the cognitive texts between the process of the individual developing and achieving the concept of the cultural security in the public life and its repercussions whether it is being single or subjugated to the society terms, this relation could be unfolded by making a careful study to the holy Quran texts and the practicing of the prophet Mohammed's progeny. This inquiry bases on the hypothesis that comes from the responding the question of the necessity of the human to know the reason behind his creation, is he created for worship which is previously represented by prayer, fasting, ext.. or it is much greater than this that would not be done unless getting through worshiping education as that what the inquiry proposes and gives evidences to prove it, from this point the idea of inquiry unfolds the mutual relation between the process of the individual developing that the text shows it and achieving the cultural security in the other hand meanwhile it will be right and based on right bases to the individual and interrupted what he thinks that killing is getting him closer to Allah but in real it is absolutely unacceptable genocide. It is necessary to throw a light on a preliminary part of this inquiry for showing the general concepts that this inquiries title based on them in order to get its outlines more clear (a cognitive reading to the legacy of the prophet Mohammed's progeny, Imam Hassan is an example) then we put a second part that concerns on the cognitive developing of the individual through the holy Quran texts and the practicing of the prophet Mohammed's progeny, since we need to realize the concept of the cultural security and its relation of the cognitive developing of the individual the third part is stated to define the concept of the cultural security as the general aspect provides a doable culture that the individual can coexist in a duly bases where the other references can't spoil the public system as the holy scripture is the controller in all of this, for this term the mutual relation between the cognitive developing and then clearing the residuals from it as the aim is done.
