المستخلص: أصبح وجود نظام إدارة لاستمرارية الأعمال في صناعة الفنادق اليوم من العناصر الأساسية في منظومة إدارة الأزمات والكوارث، من أجل استرجاع المقدرة الكاملة والعودة إلى الحياة الطبيعية، فهي تحقق بيئة آمنة وتحد من الآثار المحتملة التي تؤثر على العمل سلبا. وتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم واقع تطبيق نظام إدارة استمرارية الأعمال وفق المواصفة الدولية الأيزو 22301 بالفنادق المصرية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحثان بتصميم قائمة الفحص اعتمادا على المواصفة الدولية الأيزو 22301 لعام 2019 متماشية مع طبيعة عمل الفنادق لغرض قياس الفجوة ومعرفة مستوى التطبيق وتضمنت 92 متطلب تغطى البنود السبعة الأساسية الواردة في المواصفة، وتم استخدام نظام مقياس سباعي ليكون أكثر ملاءمة لموضوع الدراسة. وقد أوضحت نتائج الدراسة وجود قصور في تطبيق معظم بنود ومتطلبات المواصفة الدولية في الفنادق عينة الدراسة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالبدء بجدية في تطبيق نظام إدارة استمرارية الأعمال (الأيزو 22301) عن طريق توفير الموارد المالية اللازمة للتطبيق لتمكين الفنادق من تحديد الطرق اللازمة لضمان استمرارية العمل وتخفيف حدية الأزمات وتقليل فترات التوقف عن العمل واستقبال النزلاء والعملاء من خلال نظام وقائي يحدد طرق التعافي بما يحقق الميزة التنافسية عالية.

The existence of a business continuity management system in the hotel industry today has become one of the essential elements in the crisis management system, to regain the hotel full capacity and return to normal life. It achieves a safe environment and reduces the potential impacts that negatively affect the work. The current study aims to assess the reality of the application of the business continuity management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 22301 in Egyptian hotels. To achieve this goal, the researchers designed the checklist based on the international standard ISO 22301 for the year 2019 in line with the nature of hotels’ work to measure the gap and know the level of its application. The study included 92 requirements covering the seven basic items mentioned in the specification, and a seven-point scale system was used to be more appropriate to the subject of the study. A heptagonal scale system was used to be more suitable for the study. The results of the study indicated that there are shortcomings in the application of most of the provisions and requirements of the international standard in hotels, the results of the study indicated that there are shortcomings in the application of most of the provisions and requirements of the international standard in the hotels' study sample. The study recommended implementing the business continuity management system (ISO 22301) by providing the necessary financial resources for the application to enable hotels to determine the necessary ways to ensure business continuity, minimize crises, reduce work stoppages, and receive guests through a preventive system way to recover, thus achieves a high competitive advantage.
