المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية حوار النجاشي لمهاجري الحبشة، وما يستفاد منه من دروس، وإظهار الأثر المترتب على صدق الحوار استهداء بهذا النموذج، وتتبلور مشكلة هذه الدراسة في أن الحوار المؤثر لابد من اشتماله على قيمة الصدق التي يتحلى بها كل من طرفي الحوار؛ حيث إن أعظم ما أثر في حوار النجاشي لجعفر وأصحابه رضي الله عنهم، هو صدق أطرف الحوار، ويكتسب هذا الموضوع أهميته من المكانة العلية التي تتبوؤها قيمة الصدق لا سيما في الحوار والمناقشة؛ حيث دلت كثير من الوقائع على أن الحوارات الصادقة تثمر ثمار يانعة من أشهرها هذا النموذج الذي حدث في صدر الإسلام مع النصارى، وقد استخدم الباحث في معالجة هذا الموضوع المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وتبين من خلال الدراسة أن الصدق يساعد في نجاح الحوارات وقطعها للتخاصم وتقريب الشقة؛ خاصة إذا روعي فيه آداب الحوار وشروطه، وأن حوار الأديان عامة وأهل الكتاب خاصة له تاريخه وعمقه وأهميته في حركة الدعوة الإسلامية، وأوصت الدراسة مراكز البحوث، ومؤسسات الدعوة لاسيما القائمة في بلاد غير إسلامية بإقامة دورات تدريبية في فن الحوار وآدابه، وأخرى في تزكية النفس وتمرين الدعاة على قيمة الصدق في الأعمال والأقوال وسائر أمور الدعوة.

This study aims at highlighting the importance of the Negus dialogue with Abyssinians immigrants, and the lessons learned from it, and to show the effect of the sincerity of the dialogue, drawing on this model. The problem of this study is that, for the dialogue to be fruitful, then both parties of the dialogue must be sincere; Whereas, the greatest factor that had had influence in the dialogue of the Negus and Jafar and his companions, may Allah be pleased with them, is the sincerity of the parties to the dialogue, and this topic acquires its importance from the high position that the value of honesty have, especially with dialogue and discussion. As indicated by many facts, that honest conversations yield fruitful outcomes, the most famous of which is this incident that occurred in early Islam days with the Christians. The researcher used the inductive analytical method, dealing with this topic and it was found through the study that honesty helps in the success of the dialogues and with settling disputes and bridging difference gaps, especially if the morals and conditions of dialogue are taken into account, and that the significance and the historical background of the dialogue of religions in general and with the people of the Book in particular, is deeply rooted in the Islamic call movement, and the study recommended research centers and advocacy institutions, especially those in non-Islamic countries, to hold training courses in the art and manners of dialogue, as well as other trainings on cleansing one one’s soul, while training the callers on the value of truthfulness in deeds, words, and all other aspects of the call.
