|a يسعى هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أصول منهجية لأخلاقيات مهنة التدريس من خلال تراث المحدثين، وهو من أكثر فروع التراث حرصا على المنهجية والدقة، وتبرز أهمية الموضوع في الكشف عن الامتداد الحضاري لتراث المحدثين؛ في إثراء منظومة جودة التعليم؛ في جزئية مهمة من ضمانات الجودة، كما أن جل ما يصدر عن وحدات ومراكز ضمان الجودة فيما يخص أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس يكون في شكل عبارات مختزلة؛ غير مشفوعة بالأمثلة الواقعية التي تغري القائمين بالتدريس بالامتثال والتطبيق. وهذا ما تؤكده الدراسات الحديثة التي تهتم بتقييم جودة التدريس إذ تطرح خمسة أسئلة وتعتبر الإجابة العملية عليها السبيل الأمثل لإصدار تقييم صحيح وموثوق به، سؤالان من هذه الأسئلة يتعلقان بأهمية الجانب الأخلاقي في نجاح العملية التعليمية: إلى أي درجة عزز سلوك المعلم في قاعة الدرس التعليم الجيد... إلى أي درجة كانت النتائج التربوية للمقرر جيدة.
|b This research aims at revealing the methodological principles for the ethics of the teaching profession in the hadeeth narrators' heritage. It is considered as one of the most accurate and methodological branches of Islamic heritage. The importance of the topic highlights in revealing the cultural extension of the heritage of the hadeeth narrators that enriches the education quality system, in an important part of quality assurance. In addition, most of what is issued by quality assurance units and centers -with regard to the ethics of the teaching profession- is considered as shorthand phrases. It is free from realistic examples that motivate the teaching staff to comply and apply. This is confirmed by recent studies that are concerned with evaluating the quality of teaching, as they ask five questions, and the practical answer to them is the best way to issue a correct and reliable assessment. Two of these questions relate to the importance of the ethical aspect in the success of the educational process. The first one discusses to what degree does the teacher's behavior in the classroom reinforce good education? And the second one asks to what degree were the educational outcomes of the course good?
