المستخلص: تعد ريادة الأعمال أو المقاولاتية أحد الميادين التي تعتمد بشكل كبير على الابتكار الذي يعتبر بدوره عملية معقدة تخضع لمعايير تنتمي لتخصصات متعددة، وتعتبر الشركات الناشئة أحد القنوات، التي تعتمد عليها اقتصادات الدول المتقدمة والدول النامية، لتقوم بعملية إطلاق الدورة الاقتصادية بإنشاء أساليب جديدة مبتكرة تستطيع أن تلج السوق بصورة سريعة وبأقل تكلفة. أن حاجة الجزائر لخلق ودعم الشركات الناشئة بات أكثر من ضروري نظرا للتطورات الاقتصادية السياسية والاجتماعية التي تحدث على المستوى الوطني والخارجي وبالتالي تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية هذا النموذج في ريادة الأعمال وتبيان دوره في خلق الثروة وتحقيق معدل نمو قادر على الإقلاع الاقتصادي كما تعرج على القوانين الجديدة التي من شأنها أن تسهل اندماج هذه المؤسسات في الاقتصاد الوطني.

Entrepreneurship is one of the fields that depend heavily on innovation, it’s is a complex process that depends on multiple disciplines, startups companies are one of the channels on which, the economies of developed and developing countries, rely on to launch the economic business cycle by creating innovative new methods which facilitate the penetration of the market quickly and at low costs. .Algeria's need to create and support startups has become more than necessary due to the economic, political and social developments taking place at the national and international levels. Therefore, this research paper aims to shed light on the importance of this model in entrepreneurship and to clarify its role in creating wealth and achieving a growth rate capable of economic take- off, as well as anal sing the new laws that would facilitate the integration of these organizations into the national economy.

L'entrepreneuriat est l'un des domaines qui dépendent fortement de l'innovation, c'est un processus complexe qui dépend de multiples disciplines, les startups sont l'un des canaux sur lesquels, les économies des pays développés et en développement, comptent sur lancer le cycle économique en créant de nouvelles méthodes qui facilitent la pénétration du marché rapidement et à faibles coûts. Le besoin de l'Algérie de créer et d'accompagner des startups est devenu plus que nécessaire en raison des développements économiques, politiques et sociaux se déroulant aux niveaux national et international. Par conséquent, ce document de recherche vise à mettre en lumière l'importance de ce modèle dans l'entrepreneuriat et de clarifier son rôle dans la création de richesse et atteindre un taux de croissance capable de décoller économiquement, ainsi que analyser les nouvelles lois qui faciliteraient l'intégration de ces organisations dans l'économie nationale.
