المستخلص: Entrepreneurial action reflects an effort to integrate the entrepreneur, his project and his ecosystem in a single view. Using the content analysis technique, this article examines entrepreneurial action in the wheat sector in Algeria. Our results show that in this sector, the business opportunity expressed is the result of a change in the economic context since the 1980s. The substantially modified contours of this context have forced the project leaders who are immersed in it to understand the practices from the inside and to be able to act in situation. Also, action is plural because each stage of the wheat sector (production, transformation and importation) establishes a particular universe of actions and decisions.

L'agir entrepreneurial témoigne d'un effort d'intégration qui s'attache à englober dans un même regard l'entrepreneur, son projet et son écosystème. À partir de la technique d'analyse de contenu, cet article se propose d'examiner l'agir entrepreneurial dans la filière blé en Algérie. Nos résultats montrent que l'opportunité d'affaires exprimée est le résultat d'un changement du contexte économique à partir des années 1980. Les contours substantiellement modifiés de ce contexte ont contraint les porteurs de projets qui y sont immergés à comprendre de l'intérieur les pratiques et pouvoir agir en situation. Aussi, l'agir est pluriel car chaque stade de la filière blé (production, transformation et importation) instaure un univers d'actions et de décisions particulier.
