المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين السلوك القيادي للمدرب وبعض مظاهر الانتباه لمواقف اللعب لدى وزمن رد الفعل للمبارزين الناشئين تحت ۲۰ سنه، استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي، وتم اختيار عينة البحث وعددها (68) مبارزا من أندية (السلاح السكندري - سبورتنج الرياضي)، (16) استطلاعية، (52) أساسية وتم تطبيق مقياس السلوك القيادي للمدرب الرياضي، الاختبار الموقفى لقياس مظاهر الانتباه في رياضة المبارزة حيث يحتوي على (۲۱ موقف القياس مظاهر الانتباه)، أجريت الدراسة الاستطلاعية في الفترة من 1/۱۲/۲۰۲۰م إلى 15/۱۲/۲۰۲۰م بهدف أيجاد المعاملات العلمية (الصدق – الثبات) للمقياس والاختبارات المستخدمة في البحث، أجريت الدراسة الأساسية في الفترة من 3/۱/۲۰۲۱م إلى 26/۲/۲۰۲۱م وكانت أهم النتائج أن توجد علاقه بين السلوك القيادي لمدربي المبارزة وبعض مظاهر الانتباه لمواقف اللعب للمبارزين الناشئين حيث يوجد ارتباط سالب معنوي عند مستوى، 0.01 بين تركيز الانتباه وبين جميع أبعاد مقياس السلوك القيادي لمدربي المبارزة حيث بلغت قيم معامل الارتباط المعنوية ما بين (0.4۱۹ إلى 0.778)، تسهم بعض أبعاد السلوك القيادي لمدربي المبارزة في مظاهر الانتباه لمواقف اللعب للمبارزين الناشئين حيث يسهم التقدير الاجتماعي بنسبة 60.517 %، يسهم (الاهتمام بالجوانب الصحية) بنسبة 17.091%، توجد علاقه بين السلوك القيادي لمدربي المبارزة وبعض وبين اختبارات زمن رد الفعل البسيط للمبارزين الناشئين يوجد ارتباط سالب معنوي عند مستوى 0.05، 0.01 بين الهجمة المستقيمة وبين جميع أبعاد مقياس السلوك القيادي لمدربي المبارزة ما عدى (المشاركة أو السلوك الديمقراطي، الاهتمام بالجوانب الصحية) حيث بلغت قيم معامل الارتباط المعنوية ما بين (0.274 إلى 0.694) ويوصي الباحث بضرورة الاهتمام بعمل دورات تدريبية بتواجد أخصائي نفسي رياضي ينمى السلوك القيادي للمدربين وزمن رد الفعل وتطوير مظاهر الانتباه لمواقف اللعب لدى الناشئين داخل الفريق الرياضية.

This research aims to identify the relationship between the coach’ leading behavior and some attention aspects in the playing positions and the reaction time of the under 20 years junior fencers. The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey. The sample consisted of (68) fencers from the (Alexandria Fencing Club, Sporting Club), of which (16) players were for the pilot study, and (52) players for the main study. The leading behavior measurement for the sports coach was applied, and the positional test to measure the attention aspects in the fencing sport, which contains (21 positions to measure the attention aspects), the pilot study was conducted in from 1/12/2020 to 15/12/2020 in order to find the scientific coefficients (validity – reliability) for the measurement and tests used in the research, the main study was conducted from 3/1/2021 to 26/2/2021, and the most important results showed that there is a relationship between the leading behavior of fencing coaches and some attention aspects in the playing positions of the junior fencers where there is a significant negative correlation at the level of 0.01 between attention concentration and all aspects of the leading behavior measurement for the fencing coaches, where the values of the significant correlation coefficient ranged between (0.419 to 0.778). Some aspects of the leading behavior of the fencing coaches contribute in the attention aspects in the playing positions of the junior fencers, where (social appreciation) contributes by 60.517%, (attention to health aspects) contributes by 17.091%. Significant negative correlation at the level of 0.05, 0.01 between the straight attack and all aspects of the leading behavior measurement for the fencing coaches except (participation or democratic behavior, attention to health aspects), where the values of the significant correlation coefficient ranged between (0.274 to 0.694). The researcher recommends the need to pay attention to conducting training courses with the presence of a sports psychologist who develops the coaches’ leading behavior and reaction time and develops attention aspects in the playing positions of junior people within the sports team.
