المستخلص: تناول البحث أثر التوافق الاجتماعي على علاج ظاهرة إدمان المخدرات من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي ما سبب إدمان المخدرات؟ وهل للتوافق النفسي والاجتماعي للمدن دور في إدمانه،؟ هل لدور إعادة التأهيل دور في عمليات إعادة التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي للمدمن؟ هدف البحث للتعرف على الأسباب التي تقود إلى عدم التوافق الاجتماعي لدى مدمنين المخدرات، وكذلك التوافق الاجتماعي للأسرة وأثره على المدمن، والعوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية التي ينشئ فيها وتؤدي لعدم توافقهم، انتشار ظاهرة إدمان المخدرات. تمثلت تساؤلات البحث في ما هي الأسباب التي تقود لعدم التوافق الاجتماعي؟ وإلى أي مدى يؤثر التوافق الاجتماعي للأسرة على المدمن؟ وما العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية التي ينشأ بها وتؤدى لعدم توافقهم؟ اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بغرض التعرف على تأثر المتغيرات الاجتماعية على علاج ظاهرة إدمان المخدرات من خلال دراسة ميدانية على دار تربية الأشبال بالجريف، واستخدمت أسلوب المسح الشامل ذلك لأن مجتمع البحث متجانس. توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها: اتضح من خلال نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أنه يسهم تماسك بنية المجتمع الأسري على الحد من انتشار ظاهرة إدمان المخدرات وذلك من خلال وجود الأبوين في حياة المدمن، كذلك العلاقات الاجتماعية الجيدة بن الأسر ومحيطها يخلق جو من التجديد، اتضح من خلال نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أنه يمكن أن تؤثر الأسرة في علاج ظاهرة المخدرات من خلال اكتشافهم لتعاطي ابنهم المخدرات والوقوف معه في التخلص من الإدمان، من خلال الجو الأسري والعلاج الطبي والنفسي والاجتماعي، اتضح من خلال نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أن المتغيرات الاجتماعية الطلاق ووفاة أحد الأبوين والتفكك الأسري تساهم في انتشار ظاهرة الإدمان، ضرورة تفعيل الرقابة الأسرية لما لها من دور كبير في الحد من انتشار ظاهرة التعاطي للمخدرات، ضرورة توفر جو أسري جيد من خلال التوافق بن الآباء والأمهات وعدم افتعال المشاكل والخلافات الأسرية التي تساهم في نفور الشباب المراهقين من المنزل واللجوء إلى الشارع.، ضرورة توفير بدائل إنتاجية للشباب الطلاب في فترة الإجازات للاستفادة من أوقات الفراغ.

The research dealt with the impact of social adjustment on the treatment of drug addiction phenomenon from a social service perspective. The research problem was to answer the main question: What is the cause of drug addiction? Does the psychological and social compatibility of cities play a role in addiction? Does the role of rehabilitation have a role in the processes of psychological and social reconciliation of the addict? The aim of the research is to identify the causes that lead to the social incompatibility of drug addicts, as well as the social compatibility of the family and its impact on the addict, and the social, economic and environmental factors that create and lead to their incompatibility, the spread of the phenomenon of drug addiction. The research questions were what are the causes that lead to social incompatibility? To what extent does the social adjustment of the family affect the addict? And what are the social, economic and environmental factors that arise and lead to their incompatibility? The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach in order to identify the impact of social variables on the treatment of drug addiction through a field study on the Cubs Breeding House in Gref, and used the comprehensive survey method because the research community is homogeneous. The research reached a number of results, including: It became clear through the results of the field study that the cohesion of the structure of the family community contributes to limiting the spread of the phenomenon of drug addiction through the presence of parents in the life of the addict, as well as good social relations between families and their surroundings creates an atmosphere of renewal. The family in treating the phenomenon of drugs through their discovery of their son’s drug abuse and standing with him in getting rid of addiction, through the family atmosphere and medical, psychological and social treatment. Because of its great role in limiting the spread of the phenomenon of drug abuse, the need to provide a good family atmosphere through compatibility between fathers and mothers and not to create problems and family disputes that contribute to the alienation of young adolescents from home and resorting to the street., The need to provide productive alternatives for young students in a period of time Vacations to take advantage of free time.
