المستخلص: الغرض: التعرف على مدى تركيز وتطبيق إدارة الاحتواء العالي بأبعادها في جامعة ميسان ودورها في منع الوقوع والتعرض للانجراف الاستراتيجي الذي يزعزع هذه المؤسسة الأكاديمية ويحول دون تقدمها إلى الأمام في المستقبل. التصميم/ المنهجية/ المدخل: تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبانة للتأكد من وجود علاقة بين متغيري البحث (إدارة الاحتواء العالي، الانجراف الاستراتيجي)، وبالاعتماد على أسلوب الحصر الشامل، حيث تم توزيع (89) استبانة على جميع القيادات الإدارية في جامعة ميسان (رئيس الجامعة ومساعديه العلمي والإداري وعمداء كليات الجامعة ميسان ومعاونيهم (العلمي والإداري) ورؤساء الأقسام) لأنهم أصحاب القرار ولهم الصلاحيات الكاملة في اعتماد الاستراتيجيات والأساليب المهمة في التعامل مع الموظفين، وتم استخدام برنامج (SPSS V.21) للتحليل الإحصائي. النتائج: بينت نتائج البحث اهتمام واضح بأبعاد إدارة الاحتواء العالي في العينة المبحوثة كونها من الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة لدعم وتعزيز العنصر البشري لتجنب الانجراف الاستراتيجي، وتم التأكد من ذلك إحصائيا بوجود علاقة إحصائية ودالة معنويا بين متغيري البحث (المستقبل والتابع). الآثار العملية: النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث مهمة ومفيدة للتطبيق النظري والعملي في العينة المبحوثة من خلال الاعتماد على هذا الأسلوب الإداري الحديث لكي تزداد فرصة جامعة ميسان على تحقيق أهدافها ومنع الأسباب التي تعرضها للانجراف على المدى البعيد. الأصالة/ القيمة: يعد البحث الحالي أول بحث ضمن إطلاع الباحثتين يدرس دور إدارة الاحتواء العالي في الانجراف الاستراتيجي في مؤسسة أكاديمية تعد أول صرح علمي في ميسان والمسؤولة عن إنتاج مخرجات تعد اللبنة الأساسية في بناء المجتمعات، وهذا يدل على عدم وجود نتاجات معرفية تحدد العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين لذلك يعد هذا البحث خطوة مهمة في سد الفجوة.

Purpose: Identifying the extent of the focus and application of the High Involvement Management in its dimensions at the University of Misan and its role in preventing fall and exposure to the strategic drift that destabilizes this academic institution and prevents its advancement in the future. Design / methodology / approach: The questionnaire was relied on to ensure that there was a relationship between the two research variables (High Involvement Management, Strategic drift), and based on the comprehensive inventory method, where (89) questionnaires were distributed to the deans of the faculties of the University of Misan and their assistants (scientific and administrative) and heads of departments because they are the decision-makers and they have Full authority to adopt important strategies and methods in dealing with employees, and (75) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis using the program (SPSS V.21). Findings: The results of the research showed a clear interest in the dimensions of High Involvement Management in the researched sample as it is one of the modern administrative methods to support and strengthen the human element to avoid strategic drift, and this was confirmed statistically by the existence of a statistical and significant relationship between the two variables of the research (independent and dependent). Practical Implications: The findings of the research are important and useful for the theoretical and practical application of the researched sample by relying on this modern administrative method in order to increase the chance of Misan University to achieve its goals and prevent the causes that expose it to drift in the long run. Originality / Value: The current research is the first research that studies the role of High involvement management in strategic drift in an academic institution that is the first scientific edifice in Misan and is responsible for producing outputs that are the basic building block in building societies, and this indicates the absence of cognitive products that determine the relationship between these two variables, so this research is a step important in bridging the gap.
