هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير المراجعة المستمرة في مكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري في الشركات المقيدة بسوق الشركات المقيدة سوق الأوراق المالية الكويتية. ويعتبر الفساد المالي والإداري من المؤشرات الأولية على القصور في الكفاءة المتعلقة بالنظام السياسي ويؤدي الفساد الإداري إلى فقدان الثقة في السلطة السياسية لأنه يقلل من مستوى المصداقية الحكومية لدى الأفراد ويشير إلى التجاهل واللامبالاة بالمصلحة العامة ويؤدي إلى القصور في الهوية الوطنية ويؤدي عدم احترام الدول والمؤسسات الدولية والخارجية للدولة. وسعيا من دولة الكويت نحو الحد من الفساد الإداري والمالي داخل قطاعها العامة والخاصة، وقد أكد علي ذلك الموقع الرسمي لجمعية الشفافية الكويتية (2021) بأن استمرار جمعية الشفافية الكويتية اهتمت بتكثيف جهود الإصلاح ومكافحة الفساد وكذلك تعميق مفهوم الشفافية لدي المسئولين والمواطنين، وذلك تعميق مفهوم الشفافية لدي المسئولين والمواطنين، وذلك لإصلاح الخدمة العامة في دولة الكويت من خلال صياغة فكر وطني داعم للشفافية ومناهض للفساد في القطاع العام، والمساهمة في تعزيز الشفافية وزيادة فاعليتها على مستوي المؤسسات والأفراد.
The aim of this research is to identify the extent of the impact of continuous auditing in combating financial and administrative corruption in companies listed in the Kuwaiti stock market. Financial and administrative corruption is considered one of the primary indicators of inefficiency related to the political system. Administrative corruption leads to a loss of confidence in political authority because it reduces the level of government credibility among individuals and indicates disregard and indifference to the public interest and leads to shortcomings in national identity and leads to a lack of respect for countries and international and foreign institutions. for the state. In an effort by the State of Kuwait to reduce administrative and financial corruption within its public and private sectors, and this was confirmed by the official website of the Kuwait Transparency Association (2021) that the continuation of the Kuwait Transparency Association focused on intensifying reform and anti-corruption efforts as well as deepening the concept of transparency among officials and citizens, in order to deepen the concept of transparency I have officials and citizens, in order to reform the public service in the State of Kuwait by formulating a national thought that supports transparency and anti-corruption in the public sector, and contributes to enhancing transparency and increasing its effectiveness at the level of institutions and individuals.
