|b At the beginning of 2020 appeared a new corona virus "Covid 19". It has flooded the Algerian health system in a critical situation due to a health crisis which revealed the fragility of this system, especially within the marginalized neighborhoods considered to be responsible for making the situation worse, especially with regard to theirnon-urban practices. Through the present research paper, we try to highlight social truth objectively, by analyzing the effect and complication of this pandemic on social life in marginalized neighborhoods. Our survey reveals socio-cultural behavior, and the attitudes of the inhabitants of marginal neighborhoods, and attitudes related to social values, it reveals especially how this crisis accentuates precariousness in the inhabitants, how to increase their vulnerability on the socio-economic and socio-environmental sanitation.
|d L’apparition au début 2020 de la pandémie du nouveau Coronavirus « Covid 19 » a plongé le système de santé Algérien dans des situations critiques de crise sanitaire, cette crise a dévoilé la vulnérabilité du système de santé particulièrement au sein des quartiers marginaux. En effet ces quartiers sont accusés d’aggraver l’épidémie en raison de leurs « incivilités ». Notre étude tente de se pencher sur la réalité sociale objective par l’analyse de l’impact de l’épidémie et ses implications sur la vie sociale au sein du quartier marginal « Kechida de Batna». Notre enquête révèle le comportement socio-culturel et les attitudes des habitants de quartiers marginaux, attitudes liées aux valeurs sociales, Elle révèle surtout comment cette crise à accentué la précarité chez les habitants, comment elle a accentué leur vulnérabilité sur le plan sanitaire socio-économique et socio-environnemental
