المستخلص: هدف البحث تعرف واقع ممارسة القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بتفويض السلطة بمدارس المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة خميس مشيط، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة للبحث؛ وطبقت على عينة بلغت (329) مفردة من معلمات المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة مشيط؛ وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: أفادت استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول واقع ممارسة مديرات المدارس المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة خميس لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية؛ وجاءت بدرجة موافقة "عالية"؛ وأفادت استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول واقع ممارسة مديرات المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة خميس مشيط لتفويض السلطة جاءت بدرجة موافقة "عالية"؛ ووجود معاملات الارتباط بين أبعاد القيادة التحويلية وتحقيق تفويض السلطة بأبعادها المختلفة جاءت كلها موجبة ومرتفعة وتعبر هذه القيمة المرتفعة لمعامل الارتباط عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية ومؤثرة بين أبعاد القيادة التحويلية وتحقيق تفويض السلطة بأبعادها المختلفة، وهذا يشير إلى الدور الواضح الذي تلعبه القيادة التحويلية لدي مديرة المدرسة الابتدائية في محافظة خميس مشيط في تحقيق تفويض السلطة للمعلمات في الأبعاد؛ وكانت أعلى قيمة لمعاملات الارتباط بين القيادة التحويلية وبين بعد (التحفيز والإلهام) مما يعني أن العلاقة الأقوى والتأثير الأكبر القيادة التحويلية وتحقيق تفويض السلطة تظهر بشكل قوي وواضح في بعد التحفيز والإلهام مقارنة بالأبعاد الأخرى للتفويض؛ وكانت أقل قيمة لمعاملات الارتباط بين القيادة التحويلية وتحقيق تفويض السلطة وبين بعد (الاهتمام الفردي) مما يعني أن العلاقة الأضعف والتأثير الأقل للقيادة التحويلية وتحقيق تفويض السلطة تظهر في بعد الاهتمام الفردي مقارنة بالأبعاد الأخرى لتفويض السلطة.

The aim of the research is to know the reality of the practice of Transformational leadership and its relationship to the delegation of authority in primary schools in Khamis Mushait Governorate. The research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for research; It was applied to a sample of (329) female primary school teachers in the Mushayt governorate. The research concluded that the practice of primary school principals in Khamis Governorate in terms of transformational leadership dimensions; The reality of the practice of primary school principals in Khamis Mushait governorate to delegate authority came to a 'high' degree of approval; The presence of correlation coefficients between the dimensions of transformational leadership and the achievement of delegation of authority in its various dimensions were all positive and high. This high value of the correlation coefficient expresses the existence of a strong and influential correlation between the dimensions of transformational leadership and the achievement of delegation of authority in its various dimensions. The highest value of the correlation coefficients between transformational leadership and the dimension (motivation and inspiration), which means that the strongest relationship and the greatest influence transformational leadership and the achievement of delegation of authority appear strongly and clearly in the dimension of motivation and inspiration compared to other dimensions of delegation; The lowest value of the correlation coefficients between transformational leadership and the achievement of delegation of authority and the dimension (individual attention), which means that the weakest relationship and the least impact of transformational leadership and the achievement of delegation of authority appear in the dimension of individual attention compared to other dimensions of the delegation of authority.
