|a أضع بين يدي القارئ دراسة موضوعية تحليلية تتعلق بنوع من الدراسات القرآنية المعاصرة وهو (الدراسات غير المقبولة) وتتناول جانبا خاصا منها هو جانب المرأة. وقد قامت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة ومدخل وأربعة مطالب، جرى تقسيمها حسب أبرز العناوين التي اشتغل فيها الحداثيون فيما يخص المرأة قرآنيا، وقمت بعرضها من خلال تناول الآيات الكريمة التي شغلت الحداثيين وحركت أقلامهم نحو إثارة الشبهات، وهذه الآيات -محور البحث -هي: آيات لباس المرأة وزينتها في سورتي النور والأحزاب، وآية تعدد النساء، وآية القوامة، وأخيرا آيات المواريث وجميعها في سورة النساء. وقد ضمنتها مقتبسات منتقاة من آراء وكتابات الحداثيين في تناولهم لهذه الآيات الكريمة مدار البحث. ثم قمت بتحليل هذه الآراء ومقابلتها مع بعضها ونقدها نقدا موضوعيا، وتقويمها بتدعيم شواهد من آراء أمهات كتب التفسير المعاصرة عند الحاجة. وهدفي من هذه العملية هو قياس ما قدمه الحداثيون في موضوعاتهم التي تخص المرأة من حيث ملائمة أدواتهم البحثية في تعاملهم مع هذه الآيات الكريمة وما خرجوا به منها. وتقييم مدى فاعلية حصيلة جهودهم في خدمة قضايا المرأة ومشاكلها المعاصرة لأخرج بنتائج تتعلق بخلاصة ما توصلت إليه من هذه الدراسة، راجية أن يتحقق فيها الفائدة.
|b The study present to the reader an objective and analytical study related to contemporary Qur’anic studies type, namely (unacceptable studies), and it deals with a special aspect of it, which is women aspect. This study was based on an introduction and four demands, which were divided according to the most prominent titles in which modernists worked with regard to women in the Qur’an. The researcher presented it by addressing the noble verses that preoccupied the modernists and moved their pens towards arousing suspicion. These verses -Object - are: Verses of women's dress and adornment in Al-Noor and Al-Ahzab Surahs, women plurality verse, Al-Qawama verse, and finally inheritance verses, all of which are in Surat An-Nisa’a. It was included in selected quotes from modernists’ opinions and writings in their dealing of these noble verses in the research. Then the researcher analyzed these opinions and interviewed them with each other and critiqued them objectively, and evaluate it by supporting evidence from the opinions of contemporary basic interpretation books when needed. The object of this process is to mean what the modernists presented in their women's issues in terms of research tools appropriateness in their dealings with these noble verses and what they concluded from it. And evaluating outcome effectiveness of their efforts in serving women's issues and contemporary problems, to conclude results related to the summary of this study results, hoping that it will be useful.
