هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تحريز الأدلة الرقمية من قبل رجال الأمن العام وأثرها في كشف الجريمة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، والتي تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (277) ضابط وضابط صف وفرد اختيروا عشوائياً من إدارة المختبرات والأدلة الجرمية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: إن مستوى دور جهاز الأمن العام في تحريز الأدلة الرقمية واستخلاصها جاء بدرجة مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي 4.48 وجاء من خلال نتائج محاور الاستبيان، حيث احتلت الخبرة الفنية درجة مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي 4.48، وجاءت الخبرات الإدارية واللوجستية بدرجة مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي 4.45 وتلتها مدى فاعلية الإجراءات الأمنية الفنية في الكشف عن الجريمة الإلكترونية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة وبمتوسط حسابي 4.52 وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات منها: تقديم كافة الدعم والتدريب اللازم ومواكبة التطور التكنولوجي للأجهزة الأمنية ليتسنى لهم كشف الجريمة الإلكترونية بكل سهولة، توعية أفراد المجتمع الأردني بأبعاد أخطار الجرائم الإلكترونية خصوصاً المحدقة بالوطن.
The study aimed at identifying of the Collecting Digital evidences by public security personnel and its impact on the detection of crime. The study used some analytical and descriptive statistical approaches to achieve its objectives. The researcher used a questionnaire consisted of two parts to collect field data. The population of the study composed of the workers in the department of laboratories and criminal evidence. The study sample consisted of 277 workers who were chosen randomly. The study concluded that the level of the role of the Public Security Agency in obtaining and extracting digital evidence came to a high degree with an arithmetic average of 4.48. The technical expertise achieved a high degree with an arithmetic average of 4.48. The administrative and logistical experiences also achieved a high degree with an arithmetic average of 4.45, followed by the effectiveness of technical security measures in the detection of cybercrime with a mean of 4.52. In light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations were made, including: providing all the necessary support and training and keeping pace with the technological development of the security services so that they can detect cybercrime with ease, and educating members of Jordanian society about the dimensions of the dangers of cybercrime Especially for the country.
