المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أهمية الأمن في حياة الإنسان، والتعرف على أسباب ومظاهر ترويع الآمنين، وبيان العلاقة بين ترويع الآمنين والإرهاب، وبيان التوجيهات النبوية في التحذير من ترويع المسلم وغير المسلم، والتحذير من ترويع الأسرى، وغير ذلك من صور ترويع الآمنين، وبيان المنهج النبوي في علاج ظاهرة ترويع الآمنين. من نتائج هذه الدراسة، أن الهدي النبوي صالح لعلاج المشكلات المعاصرة، ومن ذلك المشكلات التي تتعلق بترويع الآمنين، وأن السنة النبوية مليئة بالنصوص التي تؤكد على ضرورة إشاعة الأمن والمحبة والبعد عن إخافة الآمنين وترويعهم، وأن هناك أضرار كبيرة تترتب على ترويع الآمنين، وأن السنة النبوية تشتمل على العلاج المناسب لظاهرة ترويع الآمنين.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the importance of security in human life, identify the causes and manifestations of intimidating the safe, show the relationship between intimidating the safe and terrorism, explain the Prophet's guidance in warning against intimidation of Muslims and non-Muslims, the warning of intimidating prisoners, other images of intimidation of the safe and identify the role of Prophet's guidance in the security industry in society. Among the results of this study is that the guidance of the Prophet is useful for the treatment of contemporary problems, including the problems related to the intimidation of the safe, And that the Prophetic Sunnah is full of texts that emphasize the need to spread security and love and distance from fear and intimidating the safe, And that the Prophetic Sunnah includes appropriate treatment for the phenomenon of terrorizing the safe. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also referred to Makkah and Medina as the need to distance them from the intimidation of security.
