المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى بيان العلاقة الارتباطية بين الاكتئاب والدافعية للإنجاز لدى المعلمين مرضى الفايبروميالجيا، لعينة قوامها (٤) معلمين (١) ذكر، (٣) إناث من مرضى الفايبروميالجيا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مدارس مدينة الغردقة بمحافظة البحر الأحمر، بمتوسط عمر (42.7) وانحراف معياري (3.2)، واعتمدت الباحثة في البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي والذي يتناول العلاقة بين المتغيرات ومعرفة الوقائع المرتبطة بها. حيث قامت الباحثة في البحث الحالي بالتعرف على علاقه الإصابة بالاكتئاب (المتغير المستقل) بالدافعية للإنجاز (المتغير التابع) لدى المعلمين مرضى الفايبروميالجيا وذلك بتطبيق أدوات البحث على المعلمين بمدارس مدينة الغردقة بمحافظة البحر الأحمر، وتم استخدام استبيان الكشف المبدئي عن أعراض الفايبروميالجيا (إعداد الباحثة) وتوقيع الكشف الطبي من قبل الطبيب المختص وقائمة المقابلة التشخيصية للاكتئاب (إعداد/ إسماعيل بدر)، ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز (إعداد الباحثة)، حيث كشفت نتائج البحث الحالي عن عدم وجود علاقه ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاكتئاب والدافعية للإنجاز لدى المعلمين مرضى الفايبروميالجيا.

The aim of the current research is to demonstrate the correlation between depression and Accomplishment motivation among teachers diagnosed with fibromyalgia, for a sample of (4) teachers, (1) male, (3) female fibromyalgia patients, who were randomly selected from schools in Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, with an average age of ( 42.7) and standard deviation (3.2). In the current research, the researcher adopted the descriptive associative approach, which deals with the relationship between variables and knowledge of the facts associated with them. Where, in the current research, the researcher identified the relationship of depression (the independent variable) to the motivation for achievement (the dependent variable) among teachers with fibromyalgia patients, by applying the research tools to teachers in schools in Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, and a questionnaire was used for the initial detection of fibromyalgia symptoms (prepared by the researcher). And the signature of the medical examination by the specialist doctor and the list of the diagnostic interview for depression (prepared by / Ismail Badr), and the measure of achievement motivation (prepared by the researcher), where the results of the current research revealed the absence of a statistically significant correlation between depression and achievement motivation among teachers with fibromyalgia. Tools: The diagnostic interview list for Depression (prepared by I Ismail Badr), the Accomplishment Motivation scale (Prepared by the researcher). Result: The results revealed the absence of a statistically significant correlation between Depression and Accomplishment Motivation among teachers diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
