المستخلص: يتناول البحث أحكام تجميل العين الفقهية، بذكر مفهوم تجميل العين، وأنواع تجميل العين، وأقسام تجميل الجفون، وحكم كل قسم، وبيان حكم توسيع العيون، وأنواع الرموش الصناعية، وحكمها، وحكم استخدام العدسات اللاصقة، والتجمل للعين بالكحل والمكياج. وقد اتبعت في البحث المنهج التحليلي في بيان ما يحتاج إلى توضيح من مصطلحات البحث، وبيان الحكم الفقهي لكل مسألة، وانتهى البحث إلى أن تجميل العين هو استعمال ما يؤدي إلى التحسين والتزيين، وينقسم تجميل العين إلى تجميل بجراحة وبغيرها، ويجوز تجميل الجفون إذا كان للعلاج والتداوي وأما للزينة فلا يجوز، كما لا يجوز توسيع العيون للزينة واستخدام الرموش الصناعية إذا كانت توضع على شعر الرموش الطبيعية، ويجوز اتخاذ الرموش الصناعية إذا كان تلصق على الجفون وكذلك العدسات اللاصقة والمكياج والكحل للعين.

The research deals with the jurisprudence of eye beautification, by mentioning the concept of eye beautification, types of eye beautification, sections of eyelid beautification, and the ruling for each section, and a statement of the ruling on widening the eyes, types of false eyelashes, and the ruling on using contact lenses, and beautifying the eye with kohl and make-up. In the research, I followed the analytical method in explaining what needs clarification of the search terms, and the statement of the jurisprudential ruling for each issue, and the research ended with eye beautification is the use of what leads to improvement and adornment, and eye beautification is divided into beautification with surgery and others, and it is permissible to beautify the eyelids if it is for treatment and medication. As for adornment, it is not permissible, just as it is not permissible to widen the eyes for adornment and to use false eyelashes if they are placed on the hair of the natural eyelashes. It is permissible to use false eyelashes if they are attached to the eyelids, as well as contact lenses, makeup and eyeliner for the eyes.
