خلع الأدلة ظاهرة نحوية سائدة في كثير من أبواب النحو، وهذا البحث يسلط الضوء على هذه الظاهرة من جوانب جديدة أهمها: مصطلح خلع الأدلة واتساع دلالته دون انضباط، ومواطن هذه الظاهرة، وشروط خلع الدلالة من أداة دون غيرها، وحالات خلع الدلالة من الأدوات وأسباب هذا الخلع، وما ذهب إليه النحاة في هذه الظاهرة من مذاهب مدعمة بالشواهد من القرآن والشعر. وأعقبت البحث بجملة ما وصل إليه البحث من نتائج أسأل الله أن ينفع بها أهل العربية ودارسيها. وقد ابتدأ البحث بمقدمة ثم ثلاثة مباحث، المبحث الأول تعريف مصطلح خلع الأدلة، المبحث الثاني نماذج من خلع الأدلة في كتاب الخصائص لابن جني، المبحث الثالث بعض القضايا المتعلقة بباب خلع الأدلة في كتاب الخصائص لابن جني، ثم يختم البحث بتدوين لأبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، وترتكز معالجة الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
The dislocation of evidence is a grammatical phenomenon prevalent in many sections of grammar, and this research sheds light on this phenomenon from new aspects, the most important of which are: the term dislocation of evidence and the expansion of its connotation without discipline, the locations of this phenomenon, the conditions for removing the significance of one tool without others, cases of removing the significance of the tools and the reasons for this Khul’, and the sects of the grammarians in this phenomenon supported by evidence from the Qur’an and poetry. The research was followed by a summary of the results of the research, I ask God to benefit the people of Arabic and its students. The research began with an introduction and then three sections, the first topic is the definition of the term dislocation of evidence, the second topic is the places of dislocation of evidence, the topic is some issues related to the chapter on removing evidence, then the research concludes with a recording of the most prominent findings of the study from the results, and the treatment of the study is based on the descriptive-analytical approach.
