المستخلص: "تعد السنة النبوية أصل الإسلام ومصدر تشريعه الثاني بعد كتاب الله تعالى، منهما تستنبط الأحكام وبها يعرف الحلال والحرام، وكل ذلك يتوقف على الفهم الصحيح لمدلولات أحاديثها، ومعرفة معاني ألفاظها وتراكيبها، والوقوف على ما أريد به الحقيقة منها وحمله عليها، وما أريد به غير الحقيقة من أنواع المجاز. وهذا البحث يقدم دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية لوجوه استعمال الحقيقة بأنواعها، من لغوية أو عرفية أو شرعية وحلمها على محملها الصحيح، ولوجوه استعمال الحقيقة وتعيينها دون المجاز، وكذلك وجوه استعمال المجاز دون الحقيقة وكان الهدف من الدراسة: بيان الفرق بين الحقيقة والمجاز والفرق بين أنواع الحقيقة وأنواع المجاز وقام منهجي في البحث: على المنهج التحليلي للأحاديث الشريفة، من أجل التطبيق النظري لتعيين إرادة الحقيقة أو المجاز عليها، والتأصيل لصورهما المتعددة. واشتملت نتائج البحث على أن البيان النبوي الشريف قد اشتمل على صور متعددة من أساليب استعمال الحقيقة والمجاز، وأهمية مراعاة التمييز بينهما في فهم السنة النبوية ومن أهم ما يوصي به الباحث من توصيات: ضرورة المعرفة بالأساليب اللغوية لمن يتصدى لشرح النصوص الدينية ومراعاة ظروف وملابسات النص للوصول إلى المراد منه."

The Prophetic Sunnah is The origin of Islam and the second source of its legislation after the Book of Allah Almighty Both of them derive rulings and know what is permissible and forbidden, and all of that depends on a correct understanding of the meanings of their hadiths, and knowledge of the meanings of their terms and structures. And find out what its means the truth from it and get it to it, and what it mean other than the reality from the types of metaphors This research paper provides an original and applied study of the aspects of using the reality in all its kinds, linguistic, customary or legal, and getting it to its correct demeanor. And the faces of using the truth and setting it without the metaphor, as well as the aspects of using the metaphor without the reality. The aim of the study was to explain the difference between reality and metaphor, and the difference between types of reality and types of metaphor. My methodology on this research paper: Based on the analytical method of prophetic traditions, and the theoretical application of determining the will or the metaphor of the reality, and rooting for their multiple descriptions. The results of the research comprised that the noble prophetic statement included several forms of methods of using reality and metaphor, and the importance of observing the distinction between them in understanding the Prophet’s Sunnah. Among the most important recommendations recommended by the researcher: The necessity of knowing the linguistic methods for those who address the clarification of religious texts and taking into account the circumstances and surroundings of the text to reach what is meant by it.
