المستخلص: وقد حاولت فيه الباحثة في البحث جمع واستقصاء الرواة الذين حكم عليهم الإمام وهيب بن خالد بالجرح والتعديل، وذكر أقواله فيهم، ومقارنتها بأقوال العلماء، ثم استنتاج منهجه في ذلك. وقد تناولت في ترجمة موجزة لوهيب بن خالد. والرواة الذين حكم عليهم وهيب بن خالد بالتعديل. والرواة الذين حكم عليهم وهيب بن خالد بالجرح. وقد خلصت الباحثة إلى: أن الإمام وهيب بن خالد من أئمة الجرح والتعديل، كما تبين من ثناء العلماء النقاد عليه. وأنه كان من المعتدلين في ذلك، فإن كلامه في الرواة كان موافقا لغيره من العلماء المعتدلين. ومن الرواة من توقف فيه وهيب تورعا، أو احتياطا؛ لأنه لم يتبين له حاله، وكذلك تراجع في الحكم على الراوي إذا تبين له خلاف ما كان يراه فيه. وأن من أئمة الجرح والتعديل من نقل عنه أقواله: كعبد الرحمن بن مهدي، ويحيى بن سعيد القطان، وأحمد بن حنبل، وابن معين. ومنهم المعتدل ومنهم المتشدد في الجرح والتعديل. وكذلك من جاء بعدهم من النقاد: كالذهبي. وقد كانت للإمام وهيب مصطلحات في الجرح، وكذلك مصطلحات في التعديل المطلق والنسبي. كما أنه لم يكن من المكثرين من النقد، وإنما بلغ عدد الرواة الذين حكم عليهم – من خلال البحث: (١٩) راويا، منهم (١١) راويا حكم عليهم بالتعديل، و(٨) رواة حكم عليهم بالجرح.

This paper entitled” Imam Wahib bin Khalid and his opinions on Al-Jarh wa Alta'deel (discrediting and endorsement) (a comparative study). Throughout the research, the researcher tried to collect and investigate the narrators who were judged by Imam Wahib bin Khaled with Al-Jarh wa Alta'deel (discrediting and endorsement), mentioned his statements about them, and compared them with the sayings of scholars, and then deduced his method in that. She dealt with a brief translation of Wahib bin Khalid and the narrators who were discredited and endorsed by Wahib bin Khalid, in addition to mentioned his sayings about them, compared them with the sayings of scholars, and then concluded his approach. The researcher concluded: that Imam Wahib bin Khalid is one of al-Jarh and al-Ta'deel Alta'deel (discrediting and endorsement) Imams as it became clear from the praise of scholars and critics on him. He was one of the moderates in that, as his words about the narrators were in agreement with other moderate scholar. Wahib did not discredit and endorse some narrators for fear of Allah or as a precaution; Because his condition did not become clear to him, and he also retracted the judgment against the narrator if it became clear to him otherwise. Among the imams of Al-Jarh and Al-Ta'deel) discrediting and endorsement (were those whose sayings were quoted from him: Abd Al-Rahman Bin Mahdi, Yahya Bin Saeed Al-Qattan, Ahmed Bin Hanbal, and Ibn Mu'in. some of them were moderates and others were extremists regarding Al-Jarh wa Alta'deel (discrediting and endorsement), in addition to the critics who came after them: like al-Dhahabi. Imam Wahib had terms regarding discrediting as well as terms in the absolute and relative endorsement. He was not, he also did not criticize much, but the number of narrators who were judged- through research-: (19) narrators, of whom (11) narrators were Endorsed by him, and (8) narrators were discredited by him.
