|a تنطلق الدراسة الحالية من مقاربة نظرية "لرأسمالية الكوارث؛ ونيوليبراليـة الوبائيات". وتتحدد قضيتها المحورية في استطلاع مسلمة فكرية ومقولة تحليلية مفادها: أيهما ذو أولوية، وما الذي يجب أن يأتي في المقام الأول: "الاقتصاد أم المجتمع؟" في سياق "تحولات جائحة كورونا وتأثيرها المجتمعي". إذ تحاول أن تستشرف ملامح ذلك، وتوفق بين المعادلتين: "الصحية المجتمعية والاقتصادية المادية" وتقارب الجرثومة كفاعلا اجتماعيا. استندت الدراسة على عدة أساليب منهجية هي: "منهج الاستشراف"، و"منهج إعادة التحليل" بالاعتماد على "التحليل الثانوي" لبيانات توافرت من دراسات سابقة ذات الصلة بـ "ظاهرة الكورونا". وبصورة مجملة أكدت نتائج الدراسة عدم صحة فرضياتها التي طرحتها، حيث جاءت جائحة كورنا لتضع الأسبقية للمجتمع والأرواح قبل الاقتصاد وحسابات الأرباح. والخلاصة: أن "الاقتصاد والمجتمع" يخسران ويربحان معا معركة جائحة كورونا مآلاتها وتحولاتها.
|b The present study stems from a “theoretical approach to disaster capitalism.” And Epidemic Neoliberalism. ” Its central concern is determined in a survey of an intellectual axiom and an analytical saying: Which is the priority, and what should come in the first place: "the economy or society?" In the context of "the transformations of the Corona Virus pandemic and its societal impact." As it attempts to explore the features of that, It coordinates between the two concerned equations: »Social Health Equation and the Monetary Economical Equation« and converges the microbe as a social actor .this study is based on several methodologies as the Forecasting Method, and the Re-Analysis Approach based on the Secondary Analysis for data from relevant previous studies concerned with the Corona Pandemic. In general, the findings of this study confirms untruthfulness of its hypotheses as Corona Virus Pandemic has proven the priority of society and humans’ life above economy and profits considerations .Conclusion :Both "economy and society" win or lose together the disaster of Corona Virus Pandemic for its challenges and transformations.
