المستخلص: إن من أهم أهداف علوم الحديث تمييز ما هو من الحديث من غيره، وموضوع الحديث المدرج هو الذى يعالج هذا التمييز ويقوم به، ولكن لابد من تمييز المصطلحات حتى لا تختلط، حيث أن من أهم فوائد المصطلحات أن تكون دلالتها على المقصود دقيقة واضحة، وأن لا تختلط ببعضها فقد تكلمت في بحثى هذا عن المدرج في الحديث النبوي وأنه قد بدا في عهد التابعين، وبينت علاقة المدرج بزيادة الثقة، وأن الفرق الرئيسي بينهما أن زيادة الثقة لم يثبت أنها ليست من الحديث بينما دلت القرائن على أن الحديث المدرج ليس من الحديث، كما بينت أن كل مدرج معلول وليس العكس، وأن الحديث المدرج لا يخرج عن كونه شاذا أو منكرا وقد جعلت هذا البحث في خمسة مباحث وهي: الأول: التعريف بالمدرج لغة واصطلاحا وبيان العلاقة بين المعنى اللغوي والاصطلاحي وأهمية دراسة المدرج، المبحث الثاني: تاريخ المدرج وفيه خمسة مطالب، الأول: متى بدأ الإدراج في الحديث النبوي، الثاني: تاريخ استعمال مصطلح الإدراج، الثالث: المدرج في صحيح البخاري، الرابع: الجهود السابقة في التصنيف في علم الإدراج ثم نبذة عن الخطيب البغدادي ومنهجه في كتابه (الفصل للوصل المدرج في النقل)، الخامس: المنهج النقدي عند المحدثين، أما المبحث الثالث: ففيه ثلاثة مطالب: الأول: أنواع الإدراج وأقسام كل نوع، الثاني: أسباب وقوع الإدراج، الثالث: طرق الكشف عن الإدراج أما المبحث الرابع: فتكلمت فيه عن علاقة الحديث المدرج ببعض مباحث المصطلح الأخرى كزيادة الثقة والموضوع والمزيد في متصل الأسانيد والحديث الشاذ والحديث المنكر، وأخيرا المبحث الخامس وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: الأول: الحديث المدرج وأثره في الخلافات الفقهية، الثاني: حكم الإدراج في الحديث، الثالث: أشهر المصنفات في المدرج ثم الخاتمة وأهم النتائج.

One of the most important goals of modern science is to distinguish what is from the Hadith from others, and the subject of the inserted Hadith is the one that addresses this distinction and makes it, but the terms must be distinguished so that they do not mix, as one of the most important benefits of the terms is that their indication of the intended is accurate and clear, and not They are mixed with each other. In my research, I spoke about the inserted in the Prophet’s Hadith and that it started during the era of the followers. I have shown The relationship of the inserted Hadith with increasing confidence , And the main difference between them was that increased confidence did not prove that it was not from the Hadith while the indications indicated that the inserted Hadith is not from the Hadith , I also indicated that each Inserted Hadith is sick not The opposite , and that inserted Hadith does not go beyond being an irregular or denial, and I have made this research in five topics, The first one is: “the definition of the inserted Hadith in the language and terminology and the relationship between the linguistic and idiomatic meaning and the importance of studying the inserted Hadith”, the second topic: “the history of the inserted Hadith” , and it includes five subjects, the first one: “when did the insertion begin in the Hadith of the Prophet” , the second: “the date of the use of the insert term” , the third: “the inserted Hadith in (Sahih Al-Bukhari)”, fourth: “previous efforts in classification in the science of insertion then a brief about (al-Khatib al-Baghdadi) and his method in book It is similar to (Alfasl Le-Alwasl Al-Moudrag Fi Al-Naql)”, the fifth: “the critical approach of almuhadithun”, and the third topic: it has three subjects: the first one is: “the types of insertion and the sections of each type” , the second one is: “the reasons for the occurrence of insertion” , the third one is: “the methods for disclosing insertion”, and in the fourth topic I spoke about it On the relationship of the inserted hadith with some of the other topics of the term, such as increasing confidence , subject matter, and more in connection with the foundations, irregular Hadith and denier Hadith, and finally the fifth topic which has three subjects: the first one is: “the inserted Hadith and its effect on jurisprudence differences” , the second one is: “the judgment on inserted Hadith, the third one is: “the most famous compilations in the insert Hadith” and then Conclusion and the most important results.
