المستخلص: يتناول البحث قضية التغير الحراري على المستوي المحلي (المنيا)، لكون عبء التخفيف من تغير المناخ والتكيف معه ستحدث في المقام الأول على النطاقين المحلي والإقليمي، وقد شمل البحث دراسة التغيرات الحرارية الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية لدرجات الحرارة العظمي والصغرى واليومية بالإضافة إلى درجات الحرارة القصوى المطلقة والدنيا المطلقة، وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى الجزم بحدوث تغير حراري موجب (ارتفاع) مع تباين في مقداره من عنصر لآخر وإن كان أكثر وضوحا ومقدارا لدرجات الحرارة الصغرى من غيرها، ثم قدمت الدراسة بعض العوامل المسببة لهذا التغير الحراري والتي أهمها تغير الإشعاع الشمسي مدة وكما، وتباين أعداد البقع الشمسية وزيادة نسب غازات التدفيئة وزيـادة المساحة العمرانية وتغير مواد البناء وعوامل أخرى، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الحد من انبعاثات غازات التدفيئة، وإحلال الغاز الطبيعي محل البنزين في وسائل النقل والمواصلات واستخدام الطاقة المتجددة واستنباط سلالات زراعية تتحمل درجات الحرارة المرتفعة، مع ضرورة التوسع في المساحات الخضراء، والعديد من التوصيات الأخرى الواردة في متن البحث.

The research deals with the case of thermal change at the local level because of the burden of mitigating and adapting to climate change will occur primarily at the local and regional scales. The research included the study of monthly, seasonal and annual thermal changes, and the factors that led to those changes. The study confirmed that there was a positive temperature change (rise) with a variation in its amount. The study recommended the necessity of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, replacing gasoline with natural gas in transportation and transportation, using renewable energy, and developing agricultural strains that bear high temperatures, with The necessity to expand green spaces, and many other recommendations contained in the body of the research.
