المستخلص: تأتي هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان: "الآثار السياسية والفكرية للأديان الوضعية الدروز والبهائية والقاديانية أنموذجا"، وتهدف إلى بيان الأثر السياسي والفكري للدروز، والبهائية والقاديانية على المجتمعات، وقد جاءت هذه الرسالة إلـى مقدمة، وثلاثة فصول، الفصل الأول بعنوان: الآثار السياسية والفكرية للدروز"، تناولت فيه الباحثة تعريف الدروز، ونشأتهم، وأصولهم، ومواطن تواجدهم، وزعماء الدروز في الماضي والحاضر، وبنية المجتمع الدرزي، والصفات الخلقية والأخلاقية للدروز، وعقيدتهم، وموقفهم من الإسلام، وموقف الدروز من اليهودية والنصرانية، وموقف الإسلام من الفكر الدروزي، وأثر الفكر الدروزي على المجتمعات، والواقع السياسي للدروز في الدول العربية، ودورهم في الدساتير والقوانين العربية، والحياة السياسية، ودور الدروز في الاستعمار الغربي للدول العربية. وأما الفصل الثاني؛ فهو تحت عنوان: "الآثار السياسية والفكرية للبهائية"، وتناولت فيه الباحثة تعريف البهائية، ونشأتهم، وتطورهم، ومواطن تواجدهم، وأصولهم، وزعماء البهائية في الماضي والحاضر، وعقيدة البهائية وشرائعهم، وموقف الإسلام من عقدية البهائية وشريعتهم، وأثر الفكر البهائي على المجتمعات، والواقع السياسي للبهائية في الدول العربية، ودورهم في الدساتير والقوانين العربية، والحياة السياسية، ودورهم في الاستعمار الغربي للدول العربية. وأما الفصل الثالث؛ فجاء بعنوان: الآثار السياسية والفكرية للقاديانية"، وتناول تعريف القاديانة، ونشأتهم، ومواطن وجودهم، وأصولهم، وأبرز الشخصيات القاديانية، وعقيدة القاديانية، وشريعتهم، وموقف الإسلام من عقدية القاديانية وشريعتهم، وأثر فكر القاديانية على المجتمعات، ودور القاديانية في الحياة السياسية في الدول العربية، ودورها الاستعمار الغربي للدول العربية، ثم الخاتمة، وقد توصلت الباحثة فيها إلى العديد من النتائج، من أهمها: 1-الدروز لهم دور كبير في استعمار الدول العربية من خلال تسهيل الاستعمار، وعدم التعرض له، وفي بعض الأحايين يقومون بمشاركة المستعمر. 2-تختلف التشريعات عند البهائية عنها في الشريعة الإسلامية، وان كانت تحمل نفس الاسم من باب المكر والخداع. 3-تعتبر القاديانية في الهند الابن البار للاستعمار الإنجليزي، فقد قدمت للاستعمار الكثير من الخدمات الجليلة.

The present study is titled: "The Political and Intellectual Impacts of Man-Made Religions: the Examples of Baha'ism and Qadyaniyya". It aims to highlight the political and intellectual impacts of Druze, Baha'ism, and Qadyaniyya on societies. The study consists of an introduction and three chapters. The first chapter is titled: "The Political and Intellectual Impacts of Druze". In this chapter, the researcher discusses the definition of Druze, their beginnings, origins, locations of their presence, their key figures in the present and past, structure of the Druze society, physical and moral traits of Druze, their faith, their attitude towards Islam, Druze's attitude toward Christianity and Judaism, Islam's attitude toward the Druze ideology, the impact of the Druze ideology on societies, the political reality of Druze in Arab countries, their role in Arab constitutions, laws, and political life, and the Druze's role in the Western colonization of Arab countries. The second chapter is titled: "The Political and Intellectual Impacts of Baha'ism". In this chapter, the research discusses the definition of Baha'ism, their beginnings, origins, evolution, locations of their presence, Baha'ism's key figures in the present and past, Baha'ism's faith and religious laws, Islam's attitude towards Baha'ism's faith and religious laws, the impact of the Baha'i ideology on societies, the political reality of Baha'ism in Arab countries, their role in Arab constitutions, laws, and political life, and their role in the Western colonization of Arab countries.The third chapter is titled: "The Political and Intellectual Impacts of Qadyaniyya". This chapter discusses the definition of Qadyaniyya, their roots, locations of their presence, origins, the most prominent Qadyani figures, Qadyani faith and religious law, Islam's attitude toward the Qadyani faith and religious law, impact of the Qadyaniyya ideology on societies, the role of Qadyaniyya in the political life in Arab countries. This chapter is followed by the conclusion. The researcher reached several findings, the most important of them include the following: 1-Druze had a major role in the colonization of Arab countries by facilitating colonization, not opposing it, and sometime participation with the colonizer. 2-Religious laws in Baha'ism differ from those in Islamic law, although they share the same name, out of cunning and deception. 3-Qadyaniyya is considered the faithful subordinate of English colonization, as it presented significant services to colonization.
