المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوصول إلى تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء المهني لدى معلمي الكيمياء في ضوء فنيات التعامل مع المختبرات، والتعرف على فنيات التعامل مع المختبرات الواجب إكسابها لمعلمي الكيمياء، وتشخيص درجة ومستوى الأداء المهني لدى معلمي الكيمياء في ضوء فنيات التعامل مع المختبرات ومدى مراعاتهم لها، والوصول إلى أسس وإجراءات لتصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء المهني لدى معلمي الكيمياء في ضوء فنيات التعامل مع المختبرات، ومعرفة أثر الدورات التدريبية على تقديرات معلمي الكيمياء لدرجة أو مستوى الأداء المهني في ضوء فنيات التعامل مع المختبرات، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وبناء على مشكلة البحث وأهدافها فإن المجتمع المستهدف هو معلمي الكيمياء في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية (بنين -بنات) في منطقة عسير بالمملكة العربية السعودية والبالغ عددهم (164) معلما و(١٥٢) معلمة كيمياء. واقتصر إجراء البحث الحالي على عينة عشوائية من معلمي الكيمياء تمثلت في (٧٥) معلما ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم من ثلاث إدارات تعليمية تابعة لإدارة التعليم بمنطقة عسير (أبها، خميس مشيط، رجال المع) بواقع (٢٥) معلما ومعلمة من كل إدارة تعليمية، وتطلب البحث استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لتحقيق الأهداف والإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، من خلال استطلاع درجة ومستوى الأداء المهني لدى معلمي الكيمياء ومدى تفعيل المختبر في تدريس الكيمياء. وقد توصلت الباحثة في نهاية الدراسة إلى تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء المهني في ضوء فنيات التعامل مع المختبرات من خلال الدورات التدريبية العملية وفي إطار احتياج المعلمين لمواكبة التطور العلمي.

This study aimed to arrive at a proposed vision for the development of the, professional performance of chemistry teachers in light of the techniques of dealing with laboratories. Identify the techniques of dealing with laboratories to be provided to chemistry teachers. Diagnosis of the degree and level of professional performance of chemistry teachers in light of the techniques of dealing with the laboratories and their observance. Access to the foundations and procedures for a proposed scenario for the development of the professional performance of chemistry teachers in the light of the techniques of dealing with laboratories. And to know the impact of the training courses on the estimates of the chemistry teachers to the degree or level of professional performance in light of the techniques of dealing with the laboratories. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used. Based on the problem of the study and its objectives, the target community for this study was the chemistry teachers in public secondary schools (boys - girls) in Asir region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the total (164) male and (152) female teachers, respectively. The current study was applied to a random sample of chemistry teachers consisted of (75) teachers selected from three educational departments of the Education Department of Asir Region (Abha, KhamisMushayt, and RejalAl Ma'a) with 25 teachers from each educational department. The current study requires the use of the questionnaire as a tool to achieve the objectives and answer the study questions. The questionnaire explores the degree and level of professional performance of chemistry teachers and the extent to which the laboratory is active in the teaching of chemistry. At the end of the study, the researcher reached a proposed vision for the development of professional performance in the light of the techniques of dealing with laboratories through practical training courses and in the context of the need of teachers to keep pace with scientific development.
