المستخلص: إن الله سبحانه وتعالى خلق الإنسان في أحسن تقويم وخلقه في أحسن صورة وتكوين فقال العلي الحكيم في محكم التنزيل (لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ). ومن تمام خلقه وبديع صنعه أن كرم المرأة بأن جعل رحمها هو مكان صنع خليفته في أرضه؛ فقال جلا وعلا (وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً)، وأحاطه سبحانه برعايته وعنايته، وخلق له أسباب تأمينه وحفظه، وجعل مستقر مبدئه ومكان صنعه هو القرار المكين في رحم المرأة، وجعل لحمايته أعضاء داخلية وخارجية ليبين قدرة الحق سبحانه في خلق المرأة وأنه شرفها بجهاز يتم فيه صنع خليفته. وقد جعل الخالق سبحانه وتعالى وسائل دفاعية عن ذلك الجهاز، ما يقلل به نسبة حدوث الالتهابات ويحول دون صعود هذا الالتهاب إلى أعلى، وتكون هذه العوامل الدفاعية في أوج فاعليتها بعد البلوغ وفي سن الإنجاب. ولهذه العوامل إفرازات تخرج من مهبل المرأة تسبب للمرأة حرجا شديدا وبخاصة في نقض الوضوء واستوجاب الطهارة، لذا فقد انشرح صدري للكتابة في هذا الموضوع لما له من أهمية وخصوصية عند المرأة ولا تستطيع معرفة أبعاده إلا امرأة مثلها وعليه فقد عنونت هذا البحث بــــ: (الإفرازات المهبلية وأثرها على الطهارة والوضوء -دراسة فقهية مقارنة)

Introduction: Includes the importance of the subject, the reason for its selection, the research methodology and its plan. Boot: describes what the vaginal secretions medically and verbally. It includes two requirements: First requirement: is about definition of vaginal secretions, types and benefits. The second requirement: is about vaginal secretions by jurists. The first topic: is about vaginal secretions between purity and impurity. The second topic: is about the effect of vaginal discharge on ablution. Conclusion: The conclusion includes the most important findings and recommendations reached through research. We have certainly created man in the best of stature.
