|a منذ سنوات عديدة تنفجر وتخمد الصراعات الحدودية ما بين السودان وإثيوبيا وذلك بناء على مدى التوافق ما بين الأنظمة الحاكمة في الدولتين وعملية الدفع على كلا من الدولتين لتفجير مثل هذه القضايا من عناصر دولية أو محلية داخل الدولتين، فمشكلة الحدود السودانية الأثيوبية مشكلة قديمة وحديثة في آن واحد، حيث لعبت فيها العديد من العوامل دورا في خلق وتأجيج مثل هذه المشكلات ما بين البلدين، وتداخل هذه القضية مع قضايا أخرى مما زاد من تعقيد الأزمة وتشعبها مع فاعلين دوليين أخرين، ولذا تتناول الدراسة طبيعة الأزمة الحدودية ما بين البلدين والعوامل المؤثرة على هذه الأزمة والأطر القانونية الحاكمة لها وكذلك الأليات الوردة لحل هذه الأزمة سلميا ومدى توافق الأطراف الدوليين حول هذه الأليات الواردة لحل الأزمة.
|b For many years, border conflicts between Sudan and Ethiopia have erupted and subsided, based on the extent of compatibility between the ruling regimes in the two countries and the process of pushing each of the two countries to explode such issues from international or local elements within the two countries. The Sudanese-Ethiopian border problem is an old and modern problem at the same time., where many factors played a role in creating and fueling such problems between the two countries, and this issue overlapped with other issues, which increased the complexity of the crisis and its complexity with other international actors. The legal rules governing it, as well as the mechanisms set out to resolve this crisis peacefully, and the extent of the international parties’ consensus on these mechanisms to resolve the crisis.
