|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مظاهر التطور الدلالي لبعض المصطلحات الطبية في اللغة العربية، وقد تطرقنا فيها إلى تحديد مفهوم التطور الدلالي وأسبابه وأنواعه ومظاهره، ومثلنا له بنموذجين من المصطلحات الطبية، هما: مصطلح الإبرة ومصطلح الختم، إذ قمنا بتحليلهما وتتبع دلالاتهما من خلال عدة معاجم لغوية، ولقد اعتمدنا في التحليل على منهجين هما: المنهج الوصفي والمنهج المقارن. ومن أهم المعاجم التي تتبعنا فيها تطور دلالات هذين المصطلحين هما معجم "العين" للخليل بن أحمد الفراهيدي (ت 170 ه)، ومعجم "مقاييس اللغة" لأحمد ابن فارس (ت 395 هـ) وخلصنا إلى عدة نتائج منها أن للتطور الدلالي للألفاظ إيجابيات تتمثل في إثراء اللغة بألفاظ جديدة لمفاهيم مستحدثة، كما أن له سلبيات تكمن في اندثار وموت بعض الدلالات القديمة التي كان يحملها اللفظ.
|b This paper aims at highlighting the semantic development of some Arabic medical terms; therefore, we have discussed the definition of semantic development, its causes, and its types and manifestations. As a case study, we have selected two medical terms: the term (إبرة) Needle and the term ((الختم Honey. We analyzed and followed their significance through several linguistic dictionaries. For the analysis, we adopted two approaches are both descriptive and comparative approches. Among the most important dictionaries in which we studied the evolution of These terms significations are the dictionary “Kitab Al-Ayn" by Khalil Bin Ahmed al Farahidi (170 e), and the "Moadjam Maqayisse Alogha" by Ahmed Ibn Faris (395 e). The following are among the several results achieved in this study. While the semantic development of words enriches the language with new words for new concepts, it has negative aspects that lie in the extinction and death of some ancient indications that the word carried.
