المستخلص: تطرقت في هذه الدراسة لموضوع الضوابط المنهجية والمعرفية الحاكمة للعملية التفسيرية -خطوة نحو التجديد-، وذلك بهدف تقنين الاجتهاد في التفسير. وقد عالجت إشكالية حضور ذاتية للفسر؛ مما يخرج القارئ من داخل هدايات القرآن إلى مجموعة قضايا وتفريعات تفقد الخطاب عليته وتكامله. وقد نهجت خلال هذه الدراسة المنهجين الاستقرائي والتحليلي. فالقرآن كلام الله المنزل إلى الناس، ولغته لا يحاكيها أي تفسير بشري، كما أنه منشأ كل العلوم الإسلامية؛ لذلك لا يجد المفسر بدا من إقحام علم الكلام والفقه واللغة بل وحتى الأصول في تفسيره. ومكنت الضوابط المنهجية من ضبط تصور المفسر عن القرآن، في كليته وإحكامه وتفصيله ووسائل تحقيق المقاصد منه. أما الضوابط المعرفية فقد مكنت من امتلاك الخلفية العلمية الحاكمة للمعرفة في القرآن الكريم، وكذا من سبل الاستدلال عليها من عالم الشهادة. مما يجعل التفسير من خلالها ملائما للتلقي من الإنسان، الذي هو مناط التكليف.

In this study, I approached the subject of the methodological and cognitive criteria that frame the Koran interpretation, with a renovation view, in order to formalize it. I have thus treated the problem of the acute presence of the interpreter personality, which implies the reader deviation from the Koran guidance towards implications and paths, which make the Koranic discourse lose its superiority and its integration. And I used the analytical and inductive methodology for this. Indeed, the Qur'an is the speech of Allah intended for humans, and no human interpretation is equal to it. Moreover, the Koran is the source of all Islamic sciences, in fact, the interpreter finds himself obliged to introduce other tools such as the Arabic language, theology, case law and even its rules. The methodological criteria make it possible to frame the interpreter's vision of the Koran, in its entirety, its details, its tightness, and to give it the means to achieve the expected objectives. The cognitive criteria make it possible to have the vision which frames the knowledge in the Koran, as well as the means to dismantle it. This makes Koran interpretation according to these criteria suitable for the reader (the orders recipient).

J’ai abordé dans cette étude le sujet des critères méthodologiques et cognitifs qui encadrent l’opération de l’interprétation du coran, dans une optique de rénovation, et ce afin de la formaliser. J’ai traité ainsi, la problématique de la présence aigue de la personnalité de l’interprète, ce qui implique la déviation du lecteur des guidances du coran vers des implications qui engendrent la perte de la supériorité et l’intégration du discours coranique. Pour ceci, j’ai utilisé la méthodologie analytique et inductive. En effet, le coran est le discours de Allah destiné aux humains, et aucune interprétation humaine n’est lui égale. De plus, le coran est la source de toutes les sciences islamiques, en effet, l’interprète se retrouve obligé d’introduire d’autres outils tels que la langue arabe, la théologie, les jurisprudences et ses règles. Les critères méthodologiques permettent de cadrer la vision de l’interprète sur le coran, dans sa globalité, ses détails, son étanchéité, et de lui donner les moyens pour réaliser les objectifs attendus. Les critères cognitifs permettent de posséder la vision qui encadre le savoir dans le coran, ains i que les moyens pour le démonter. Ce qui rend l’interprétation du coran selon ces critères adapté au lecteur (le destinataire des ordres).
