المستخلص: مع ظهور الثورة التكنولوجية وانتشار فيروس كورونا كوفيد- 19 اتجهت الجامعات الجزائرية كغيرها من الجامعات على مستوى العالم نحو إدماج التكنولوجيات الحديثة في العملية التعليمية ورقمنتها بهدف احتواء الفيروس من جهة وضمان تكريس الحق في التعليم من جهة ثانية عن طريق التحول من التعليم الحضوري إلى التعليم عن بعد، هذا الأخير يعتمد على الأساليب والوسائل التكنولوجية، ويحتاج إلى تضافر جملة من المقومات المادية والبشرية حتى يتم تفعيل هذا النوع من التعليم بنجاح وتتمكن المؤسسات التعليمية الجزائرية من مواجهة التحديات والعراقيل التي تقف حائلا أمام جودة التعليم العالي عن بعد.

With the emergence of the technological revolution and the spread of the Corona virus Covid-19, Algerian universities, like other universities in the world, have tended to integrate modern technologies into the educational process and digitize them With the aim of containing the virus on the one hand, and ensuring that the right to education is enshrined on the other hand and ensuring the continuation of education on the other hand by shifting from urban education to distance education The latter depends on technological methods and means, and needs a combination of material and human components in order to successfully activate this type of education and enable Algerian educational institutions to face the challenges and obstacles that hinder the quality of higher education from a distance.

Avec l'émergence de la révolution technologique et la propagation du virus Corona Covid-19, les universités algériennes, comme d'autres universités dans le monde, ont eu tendance à intégrer les technologies modernes dans le processus éducatif et à les numériser dans le but de contenir le virus sur un seul part et assurer la consécration du droit à l'éducation d'autre part en passant de l'éducation urbaine à l'éducation À distance, cette dernière dépend des méthodes et des moyens technologiques, et elle a besoin de la combinaison d'un certain nombre de composantes matérielles et humaines pour que cette type d'enseignement peut être activé avec succès et les établissements d'enseignement algériens peuvent faire face aux défis et aux obstacles qui entravent la qualité de l'enseignement supérieur à distance.
