On reading the new health law n°18-11, internal contracting is presented as one of the essential elements for the renewal of current hospital management, the article questions the necessary conditions for success and the difficulties implementation of internal contracting, we chose the university hospital establishment of Oran for its specific status, giving it decentralized management based on new public management that is part of a logic of subsidiarity and efficiency. À la lecture de la nouvelle loi de santé n°18-11, la contractualisation interne est présentée comme l’un des éléments indispensables au renouvellement de la gestion hospitalière actuelle, l’article s’interroge sur les conditions nécessaires de succès et les difficultés de mise en oeuvre de la contractualisation interne, notre choix s’est porté sur l’EHUO pour son statut spécifique lui confère une gestion déconcentrée basée sur une nouvelle gestion publique qui s’inscrit dans une logique de subsidiarité et d’efficience. |
