المستخلص: من التقنيات البارزة في سياق ثورة الطب والبيولوجيا نجد؛ "الإنجاب الاصطناعي" في صوره المتعددة: التلقيح الاصطناعي، أطفال الأنابيب، الأم البديلة، وقد ظهرت كواحدة من الحلول للتخلص من مشكلة عميقة ظلت تؤرق البشرية وهي العقم، فكانت بمثابة الأمل المنتظر طويلا، لكن بالمقابل حملت معها مجموعة من المتغيرات التي حيرت البشرية فأثارت تخوف الإنسان، وصارت تهدد كيانه، بل وتمسه في أقدس مقدساته مثل: الكرامة والحياة، وإنسانيته، ومع هذا التهديد برز سؤال الأخلاق الذي حضر في صورة فكر أخلاقي جديد (البيوإتيقا).

Parmi les techniques importantes de la révolution scientifique qui s'est produite dans le domaine de la médecine: on retrouve la reproduction artificielle qui est multiple: FIV, FIV et mère porteuse. Cette dernière est apparue comme l'une des solutions pour se débarrasser d'un profond problème qui a troublé l'humanité qui est la stérilité, c'était un espoir attendu depuis longtemps, mais en retour, elle a engendré un ensemble de variables qui ont intrigué l'humanité, et cela a soulevé la peur de l'homme, et la menace de sa dignité et de sa moralité, dans cet état de fait, la question de l'éthique a émergé sous la forme d'une nouvelle pensée morale.
