|a زخرت نصوص المشنا باللغة الحجاجية، فنلمس في معظم عباراتها بعدا حجاجيا يقوم من خلالها المتكلم بإقناع المتلقي، وذلك من خلال ظهور أغلب الآليات الحجاجية المذكورة سابقا من (روابط حجاجية بكل أشكالها وعوامل حجاجية وأساليب لغوية مثل: أسلوب الأمر وأسلوب النهي وأسلوب الاستثناء والقصر وأسلوب الشرط)، وتلك المعطيات التي تجعله خطابا حجاجيا إقناعيا، وظهور الآليات البلاغية في نصوص المشنا من (الكناية والتشبيه والطباق)، وتلك الآليات البلاغية تحمل نص المشنا تأثيرا وإصلاحا لليهود، وتقويم أخلاقهم وتبيثهم وإرشادهم إلى طوق النجاح وتزكية نفوسهم، بحيث يحمل نص المشنا نوع من الأساليب والاستراتيجيات الحجاجية التي لها القدرة في التأثير والإقناع، فالأدلة والحجج التي جاءت به تقوم بإقناع المتلقين باختلافهم ويحتوي النص المشنوي على العديد من الحجج والبراهين معتمدا على الأدلة الدقيقة.
|b The Mishna texts was rich in the argumentative language, as we find in most of its phrases an argumentative dimension through which the speaker persuades the recipient through the emergence of most of the aforementioned argumentative mechanisms such as (argumentative links in all its forms, argumentative factors, and linguistic methods such as the command style ,the method of forbidding, the method of exclusion, and the style of the conditions). Make it a persuasive argumentative discourse, and the emergence of rhetorical mechanisms in the Mishna texts (metonymy, simile and counterpoint) and those rhetorical mechanisms carry the Mishnah text as an influence and reform for the Jews, correcting their morals, proving them, and guiding them to the collar of success and purification of their souls. The text of the Mishna has a type of argumentative methods and strategies which influence and persuade. The evidence and arguments that came with it convince the recipients of their differences. The Mishna text contains many arguments and proofs based on accurate evidence.
