المستخلص: يعتبر هذا البحث "الحث على تعلم الفرائض" من كتاب "نزهة الرائض في تخريج أحاديث الفرائض" لمصنفه ابن قطلوبغا الحنفي، المتوفى سنة 879 ه، من الأبحاث القليلة التي اهتمت بتخريج أحاديث الفرائض، مع العلم بأن هذا الفن يعتبر من أهم العلوم التي أوصى بها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ويتميز هذا الكتاب بجمعه بين الجانب الفقهي، والجانب الحديثي، فقد كان المصنف بالإضافة إلى اهتمامه بتخريج الأحاديث، والكلام عن الأسانيد والتراجم، فقد اهتم كذلك بالمسائل الفقهية، وذكر في العديد من الأحيان أقوال الصحابة أو التابعين أو العلماء المعروفين باجتهادهم في مسائل الأنصبة.

This book “Nuzha al-Ra'id fi Takhrij Ahadith al-Faraid” by its compiler Ibn Qatlubugha al-Hanafi, who died in the year 879 AH, is considered one of the few books concerned with the production of the hadiths of obligatory prayers, knowing that this art is one of the most important sciences recommended by the Prophet PBUH This book is distinguished by its combination of the jurisprudential aspect And the hadith aspect, as the compiler was, in addition to his interest in producing hadiths and speaking about the isnads and translations, he was also interested in jurisprudential issues, and he mentioned in many cases the sayings of the companions or followers or scholars known for their diligence in matters of the shares. This workbook included a research plan consisting of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion. As for the introduction, there was talk about the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing the topic, my methodology in the research, and previous studies. As for the two chapters, the first of them included two chapters, which in turn included two topics: The first topic contains two requirements; The first requirement: a brief overview of the era of the compiler from the political and social point of view, and the second requirement: it contains a brief overview of the scientific movement in the era of Ibn Qutlubugha. As for the second study, it also has two requirements: the first of them concerns his personal life, and the second concerns his scientific life. As for the second chapter, it includes a study of the book, in which there are four sections.
