المستخلص: فإن من أعظم النعم التي امتن الله بها على الأمة أن قيض لها من العلماء من يحفظ بهم دينه وينشر على أيديهم شريعته، وحملهم أمانة العلم فجدوا واجتهدوا وبذلوا في سبيله أعمار هم، فنقلوا وكتبوا وبذلوا قصارى جهدهم في استنباط الأحكام من أدلتها حتى وصلت إلينا غضة طرية، وبقي علينا الفهم والدراسة الجادة والإضافة ما استطعنا بما يتماشى مع ظروف عصرنا، ولا يناقض أصلا من أصول التشريع. ومن رحمة الله تعالى بالناس أنه لم يحملهم على رأى واحد فيشق ذلك عليهم، بل صارت للمسلمين مذاهب أربعة، إضافة إلى غيرها من المذاهب الفقهية التي لا تعدم منها الفائدة، ولا تخلو من مطالعتها الإفادة، الأمر الذي خلف لنا تراثا ضخما من الأحكام والمسائل والفروع، والتي تمثل البناء الفقهي والمعرفي للامة على مدار تاريخها العلمي والثقافي. ولا يخفي أن تعدد المذاهب الفقهية فاتحة خير على الأمة الإسلامية، ومصدر إثراء كبير للفقه الإسلامي بما يتضمنه من آلاف المسائل والاجتهادات المتنوعة والتي يختلف حكمها طبقا لاختلاف الزمان والمكان ولتعدد النوازل والمستجدات، بما يعطيه صفة المرونة التي تجعله صالحا لكل زمان ومكان.

Rather, Muslims have four sects, in addition to other schools of jurisprudence, from which there is no benefit, nor is it devoid of knowledge and interpretations. Which represents the jurisprudential and cognitive structure of the nation throughout its scientific and cultural history It is not hidden that the multiplicity of jurisprudence schools is a good light for the Islamic nation, and a source of great enrichment for Islamic jurisprudence, with its thousands of diverse issues and jurisprudence, whose ruling varies according to the different time and place, and to the multiplicity of calamities and developments, which gives it the characteristic of flexibility that makes it valid for every time and place.
