المستخلص: إيليا أبو ماضي ومهدى أخوان ثالث شاعران كبيران عبرا في شعرهما عن الكثير من القضايا الإنسانية، والتي تشمل القضايا السياسية في مجتمعيهما، والتي تمس المجتمعين العربي والفارسي، وهى من القضايا المهمة؛ لضمان حياة كريمة لأي مجتمع في العالم، وهى قضية "الحرية" موضوع البحث، فقد عانى المجتمعان العربي والفارسي الكثير من الضغوطات، والتدخلات الخارجية؛ مما أثرت على الحياة في هذين المجتمعين؛ مما دعا الشاعران بسبب تلك الظروف؛ عبرا عن الحرية بكل أنواعها، ودعوا إليها بكل الطرق وبكافة الأشكال في مجتمعيهما العربي والفارسي. ومن هذا المنطلق يهدف هذا البحث بالاعتماد على المنهج الأمريكي المقارن الذي لا يشترط للمقارنة بين أدبين كبيرين أو شاعرين عظيمين، أن يكون بينهما لقاء وأخذ وعطاء، وإنما يكفي أن يتفقا، أو يختلفا بإزاء موقف مشترك، وهي نظرية تقوم أساسا أو يمكن تبريرها في ضوء ما يسمى بوحدة النبع الفني. وقد عالجت هذه الدراسة موضوع الحرية لدى الشاعرين الكبيرين العربي والفارسي "إيليا أبو ماضي"، "ومهدى أخوان ثالث "من خلال تسليط الضوء على تعريف الحرية، ومن ثم عرض الأبيات التي تتحدث عن مطالبي الحرية، وتمجيد الأبطال، ومن ثم الحديث عن العمل التحرري، والأشعار التي تحدثت عن هذه النقطة، ومن ثم الحرية ومناضلة الاستعمار، وفي النهاية عرض الخاتمة التي تعرض أهم نتائج الدراسة في أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف في هذا البحث.

Elia Abu Mady and MahdyAkhavan – Sales are two great poets. In their poetry, they expressed a lot of human cases including political cases in their communities. Such political cases are related to The Arab & Persian Communities. They are from among the important cases calling for ensuring honored and good life for any community in the world. Such cases are represented in Freedom Case – subject matter of the thesis. The two communities suffered a lot of stresses and external interventions which in turn affected life in such two communities. Therefore, and due to such circumstances, the two poets expressed freedom of all its kinds. They called for it with all means and with all forms in their Arabian and Persian Communities. From this point, this thesis aims to depend on the comparative approach that does not stipulate having a meeting point, points of taking and giving in order to make a comparison between two great literatures or two great poets. However, it is sufficient to be in agreement or in disagreement regarding a common situation. It is a theory depending basically on or can be justified in the light of artisitic origin unit. This thesis discussed the subject of freedom at the two Great Arab and Persian Poets through shedding light on the definition of freedom, then displaying verses of their poems talking about freedom claimants and glorifying heroes. After that it talked about the liberating work and poems discussing such point, and then it discussed freedom and fighting occupation and colonialism. At the end, the thesis presented the most important results of this thesis regarding points of appoints of agreement and disagreement in this thesis.
