|a تحتل البورصة مكانة هامة في النظم الاقتصادية المعاصر نظرا للعمليات التي تقوم بها خاصة في مجال تمويل المؤسسات والمشاريع سواء القائمة أو الناشئة، ونظرا لأهميتها الاقتصادية فقد تم القيام بهذه الدراسة لمعرفة الواقع الحقيقي لبورصة الجزائر. حيث تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة أن أول شيء يلفت الانتباه في بورصة الجزائر هو العدد القليل للشركات المدرجة بها والمتمثلة في 5 شركات، الأمر الذي سبب لها ركودا وتباطؤ كبيرا في نشاطها من جهة، بالإضافة كذلك لتباطؤ نموها، نتيجتا لتذبذب جميع معاملاتها، الأمر الذي يعكس انخفاض سيولتها بشكل كبير، وبالتالي أصبحت لا تعد وسيلة فعالة في تمويل المؤسسات بمختلف أشكالها.
|b This study concluded that the first thing that draws attention in Algeria stock exchange is the small number of companies listed in it, which caused it to stagnate and slow its activity on one hand, in addition to its slow growth, as a result of the fluctuation of all its transactions, which reflects a big decline in its control. Thus, it is not an effective means of financing institutions of all kinds and activities, but the reason is clear and due to several different legal and economic obstacles that have prevented their success as an effective financial market.
