المستخلص: يعتبر التعايش الحضاري والإيديولوجيا من المصطلحات الفكرية التي ظهرت خلال القرن العشرون ميلادي، حسب تقديرات الفكر الغربي، حيث شغل هذين المفهومين مساحة كبيرة في أقلام المفكرين الغربيين والإسلاميين على حد سواء. لكن الدراسة ستكون مركزة أكثر على التعايش الحضاري، هذا المصطلح الذي يتميز بالتجاذب والشمولية في كل المجالات، نظرا لاستعمال مفهوم التعايش الحضاري على أكثر من صعيد خصوصا في المجال السياسي والديني، لذلك خصصت وبالبحث عن طبيعة هذا المفهوم وما يرمي إليه. ثم البحث عن أصول التعايش الحضاري في نظام الدولة العثمانية وفي الوطن العربي محل الدراسة، من خلال التطرق لأصوله التاريخية وتحديد ملامحه الظاهرية في كل المجالات (الديني، السياسي، الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي، الثقافي) وآليات تطبيقه في أرض الواقع، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح تأثيرات فكر التعايش الحضاري في الوطن العربي، هذا وستكون هذه الدراسة في الفترة الممتدة خلال القرنيين الثامن والتاسع عشر ميلادي نظرا لما تكتسيه هذه الفترة من أحداث تاريخية مفصلية. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة البحثية توصلت لمجموعة من النتائج المهمة التي نخص تاريخ الدولة العثمانية في الولايات العربية المشرقية والمغربية.

Civilizational coexistence and ideology are intellectual terms that emerged during the twentieth century AD according to estimates of western thought, as these two concepts occupied a large space in the pens of western and Islamic thinkers alike. In all fields, due to the use of the concept of civilizational coexistence on several levels, especially in the political and religious fields, I have devoted a search to the nature of this concept and its aims. Then search for the origins of civilized coexistence in the Ottoman Empire system and in the Arab world under study, by addressing its historical origins and identifying its outward features in all fields (religious, political, economic, social, cultural) and mechanisms of its applications on the ground, ad this study aims to clarify the effects of the thought of civilizational coexistence in the Arab world, this study will be during the eighteenth and nineteenth AD, given the articulated historical events of this period. During this research study, I reached a set of important results that summarize the history of the Arab world during the Ottoman authority.

La coexistence civilisationnelle et l'idéologie sont des termes intellectuels qui ont émergé au cours du XXe siècle après JC selon des estimations de la pensée occidentale, car ces deux concepts occupaient un grand espace dans les plumes des penseurs occidentaux et islamiques. Dans tous les domaines, en raison de l'utilisation du concept de coexistence civilisationnelle à plusieurs niveaux, en particulier dans les domaines politique et religieux, j'ai consacré une recherche à la nature de ce concept et ses objectifs puis cherchez les origines de la coexistence civilisée en le système de l'Empire ottoman et dans le monde arabe étudie, en abordant ses origines historiques et en identifiant ses caractéristiques extérieures dans toutes les domaines (religieux, politique, économique, sociale, culturelle) et les mécanismes de ses applications sur le terrain, comme cette études vise à clarifier les effets de la pensée de la coexistence civilisationnelle dans le monde arabe, cette étude portera sur les XVIIIE et XIXe siècles après JC, compte tenu de l'événement historique articulé de cette période. Au cours de cette étude de recherche j'ai atteint un ensemble de résultats importants qui résument l'histoire du monde arabe sous l'autorité ottomane.
