المستخلص: يعتبر مخطوط عهد الأمان لمحلة التيطري وثيقة عسكرية بامتياز لما تحتويه من بنود ومواد قانونية تهدف إلى تحقيق الانضباط داخل هذه الوحدة العسكرية، كما تنظم علاقتها بالسلطة المدنية المركزية والمحلية ممثلة في دار السلطان وباي التيطري، إلى جانب تحديد العلاقات الداخلية داخل هذه الوحدة، وقد جاءت دراستنا هذه لاستنباط مختلف المواد القانونية التي حملتها هذه الوثيقة وتصنيفها وفق محاور أساسية بحيث يسهل على الباحث الاستفادة منها ومعرفة كيفية إدارة وحدة المشاة المعروفة بالمحلة العسكرية، وأهم مهامها وقواعد تسييرها

The manuscript of the era of safety of Mahalat al-Titri (era of Amman Baylk Titri) is a military document with distinction of the items and légal provisions aimed at achieving discipline within this military unit. It also regulates its relationship with the central and local civil authority represented by Dar al-Sultan and Bayt al-Titri, in addition to determining the internal relations within this unit. This is to draw up the various légal materials that are mentioned in this document and classify them according to basic axes so that the researcher can make use of them and know how to manage the infantry unit known as the military hill, its most important tasks and rules of operation.

Le manuscrit (ahd el amman) de l'ère de la sécurité à Mahal al-Taitri est considéré comme un document militaire avec distinction, car il contient des dispositions juridiques, et des documents visant à instaurer la discipline au sein de cette unité militaire, et ses relations avec l'autorité civile centrale et locale représentée à Dar Al-Sultan et Bay al-Tatiri, ainsi que la définition des relations internes au sein de cette unité, est réglementée. Il s'agit de dégager les différents articles juridiques portés par ce document et de les classer selon des axes de base afin que le chercheur puisse en bénéficier et savoir gérer l'unité d'infanterie dite localité militaire, ses missions les plus importantes et les règles de sa conduite.
