المستخلص: إن الشعب العربي له تاريخ عريق، ومنذ ظهور صناعة الملاحة في القرن العاشر احتلت الصناعات المرتبطة بها مكانة مهمة في العالم، وبلغت صناعة الملاحة العربية وأدب البحار العربي ذروتهما فيما بين القرن الثالث عشر والخامس عشر. وعلى الرغم من أن الإمبراطورية العثمانية لم تسمح بالحضارة العربية في نهوضها وانتعاشها، ولكن مع ظهور الثقافة البحرية المتجددة بعد استقلالها في العصر الحديث، اجتذب البحث في أدب البحار انتباه العالم بشكل متزايد. ويتخلل أدب البحار الطابع المستقل للروح البحرية، حيث يدرس العلماء المعاصرون أدب البحار كظاهرة أدبية لها أهمية تاريخية بعيدة المدى وقيمة أكاديمية مهمة لدراسة التاريخ الأدبي. ويحتل أدب البحار العربي مكانة مهمة في أدب البحار العالمي، ولذلك فإن هذا البحث يجمع بين تطور الثقافة البحرية عامة وتطورها في الأدب العربي خاصة، ويجمع بين تاريخ تطور الملاحة العربي وتاريخ التبادلات العالمية وظروف التطور الثقافي للمجتمعات، ويجعل الشعر والنثر والروايات كأغراض بحثية رئيسية ليبحث في القيمة الأدبية والوظيفة السردية للبحار كفضاء وصورة سردية، وليتم بناء عملية التطوير وحالة البحث في أدب البحار العربي بشكل منهجي ويقدم مسارات مختلفة وتغييرات ديناميكية في تطور أدب البحار العربي، بهدف توسيع مساحة البحث وخاصة في أدب البحار العالمي.

The Arab people have a long history, and since the emergence of the navigation industry in the tenth century, the industries associated with it have occupied an important position in the world. The arabic navigation industry and arabian sea literature reached their peak between the thirteenth and fifteenth centuries. Although the Ottoman Empire did not allow arab civilization to rise and revive, but with the emergence of a renewed marine culture after its independence in the modem era, research in sea literature has increasingly attracted the attention of the world. Sea literature is permeated with the independent character of the marine spirit, as contemporary scholars study sea literature as a literary phenomenon of far-reaching historical significance and important academic value for the study of literary history. Arabic sea literature occupies an important place in the world sea literature, and therefore this research combines the development of marine culture and its development in arabic literature, and combines the history of the development of arab navigation, the history of global exchanges and the conditions of cultural development of societies, and makes poetry, prose and novels as main research purposes to examine the literary value and the narrative function of the seas as a narrative space and image, so that the development process and the state of research in the arabic sea literature are systematically built and present different paths and dynamic changes in the development of arabic sea literature, with the aim of expanding the research space, especially in world sea literature.
