المستخلص: لا تخفى أهمية علم أصول الفقه الشديدة، ولعله لا يخطئ القائل بأن علم أصول الفقه هو أهم علم من علوم الشريعة الإسلامية، فمن خلاله يتحقق الفهم الصحيح للنصوص، سواء كان من القرآن أو السنة أو غيرها، وكذلك معرفة الأدلة المعتبرة لاستنباط الأحكام الشرعية، ومن ثم استنباطها من خلال قواعد وضوابط ثابتة، ينتج عنها الوصول إلى الحكم الشرعي على الوجه الذي أراده الله تعالى، ومن أهم كتب هذا الفن هو كتاب (منار الأنوار للنسفي)، لذلك اختار الباحث المشاركة في إحياء شر ح قدم لهذا الكتاب الذي كثرت شروحه، ولا شك أن العلماء الأوائل عندما أكثروا من شرحه لم يكونوا يعبثون، وإنما كل واحد منهم أفاد بأسلوبه ومنهجه شيئا مختلفا عن الآخر، وبالتالي كلما قرأ الطالب شرحا من هذه الشروح ازداد فهمه لهذا العلم، وصارت صورته أكثر وضوحا، وقويت ملكته فيه، ومن هنا تظهر أهمية شرح ابن العيني -موضوع بحثنا- التي تنبع من أهمية كتاب المنار، ولكنه ما زال بشكل مخطوط لم يسبق تحقيقه أو دراسته دراسة موضوعية تبرز منهج الإمام ابن العيني فيه، والأسلوب الذي اعتمده للرد على مخالفيه وخصوصا الشافعية، وكيفية تعامله مع الإشكاليات التي يوجهونها على المذهب الحنفي، والطريقة التي أظهر فيها قوة مذهبه على غيره، وسيكون منهج البحث غالبا هو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع الاستفادة من المناهج الأخرى.

The science of principles of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh) is of utmost importance. It can be said that it is the most important branch of the Islamic law (Shari’ah). It leads to proper understanding of texts, whether the texts are from the Qur’an, Prophetic Traditions (Sunnah) or other sources. This science leads also to finding out the evidences considered in deducing the Islamic rules, deriving these rules in accordance with definite principles, and then resulting in Islamic rule conforming to Allah’s injunctions. One of the most important books written on this science is Manar Al-Anwar by Al-Nasafi. Therefore, the researcher chooses to restore an old interpretation of this book, on which many interpretations have been made. There is no doubt that these plenty of interpretations were not purposeless. Each of these scholars added different benefits by following their own approach and methodology. Thus, the more the student reads from these interpretations, the better understanding and clearer vision he or she obtains, hence the importance of the interpretation of Ibn Al-’Ayni, the subject matter of my research, which stems from the significance of Al-Manar book. However, it is still in a manuscript form that has not previously been investigated or studied objectively, highlighting the approach of Imam Ibn al-Ayni in it, and the method he adopted to respond to his opponents, especially the Shafi’is, and how he dealt with the problems they face on the Hanafi school, the way in which he showed the strength of his opinion over others. The research method will often be the descriptive analytical methodology, with the benefit of other methodologies.
