المستخلص: لما كان التبرك من القضايا الرئيسية في التوحيد لتعلقه بجميع أنواعه، والانحراف فيه أصل الشرك الذي وقع فيه بنو آدم لما عظموا قبور الصالحين وعكفوا عليها وتبركوا بها؛ حتى آل بهم الأمر إلى عبادتهم، ونظرا لتجدد صور التبرك، واختلاط بعض ما هو مشروع منه وما هو ممنوع، ولكثرة الكلام فيه بالحق وبالباطل والاختلاف في بعض صوره؛ فقد جاء هذا البحث ليبين حقيقة البركة والتبرك، وعدم الخلط بينه وبين التوسل، مع بيان حكمه الشرعي، وضوابط مشروعيته، وإيضاح الصور الممنوعة منه، وبيان مصدر البركة، وطرق ثبوتها في الأعيان، وكيف تلتمس البركة ممن ثبتت بركته؟ وحكم التماسها ممن لا يملكها، وهل ثبوت البركة وطريقة التبرك توقيفية؟ أم أن بعض صورها تقبل الاجتهاد؟ وانتهى البحث إلى التوصية بتحرير المصطلحات والألفاظ الشرعية؛ لما لذلك من أهمية كبرى.

Since seeking Tabarruk (seeking blessings) is one of the main issues in monotheism due to its attachment to all its types. Deviation in it is the root of polytheism that the children of Adam fell into when they glorified the graves of the righteous, and devote themselves to them and sought blessings with them until they turned to worship them. Because of the renewed forms of Tabarruk, the confusing what is lawful and what is forbidden, and a lot of talk about truth and falsehood and differences in some of its forms, this research shows the reality of albarakah and Tabarruk, and not to confuse it with tawwassul (seeking mediation), with a statement of its legal ruling, the controls of its legitimacy, clarification of the images prohibited from it, and a statement of the source of the albarakah, and ways to prove it in objects, and how to seek albarakah from those whose barakah is proven? And the ruling on seeking it from someone who does not own it, and is the albarakah and method of albarakah proven to be limited to the Islamic Law? Or that some of its images accept reason-based opinion? The research concluded with recommendations to edit the legal terms and expressions because of its great importance.
