المستخلص: في ظل التطور الهائل الذي يشهده العالم اليوم في مجال تقنية المعلومات وأنظمة الاتصالات الحديثة بشكل لم يعتاد عليه من قبل. الزواج بوسائل إعلامية متنوعة شفهية كانت أم كتابية، فقد سمح بالتطوير العلمي والتقني للبرامج والتطبيقات من مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي "فيسبوك، تويتر، سكايب، فايبر، إيمو" أو أحد المواقع أو من خلال أحد برامج المحادثة المكتوبة كما في البريد الإلكتروني (E-mail) أو برنامج (messenger) أو غيره من الوسائل الحديثة للدخول في طرق إبرام عقد الزواج. وعليه، فإن قضايا نشوء الرابطة الزوجية من خلال الوسائل والوسائل الإعلامية تجعل هذه الأمور صحيحة ومراعاتها إذا تم استيفاء شروطها القانونية والقانونية لفهم جوانب هذا البحث، وجدنا أنه من المناسب تقسيم البحث على موضوع إبرام عقد الزواج بالوسائل الإعلامية إلى قسمين. الزواج بالمعلوماتية المكتوبة. أما المبحث الثاني فقد بحثناه في حكم إبرام عقد النكاح بوسائل الإعلام. تعاملنا مع هذا الموضوع على مطلبين. خصنا الشرط الأول لحكم عقد الزواج في الفقه الإسلامي، وشرحنا في الثاني حكم إبرام عقد الزواج في قوانين الأحوال الشخصية وصلنا إلى خاتمة وضعنا فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي تم التوصل إليها. من هذا البحث.

We dealt with this subject on two demands. We singled out the first requirement for the ruling on concluding a marriage contract in Islamic jurisprudence, and explained in the second the rule of concluding a marriage contract in personal status laws We arrived at a conclusion in which we established the most important results and recommendations drawn from this research.
