المستخلص: السيوطي من العلماء الذين فتح الله لهم، المتبحر في علوم شتى شرعية كانت أو لغوية أو غيرهما، وإن من يقرأ للسيوطي سواء كتابه المتناول في هذا البحث، أو غيره يرى جليا تبحر هذا الرجل في علوم العربية، وإلماما بها قلما نراه عند غيره ونقرأ له بلسان الأصالة فنقول: هذا الرجل من قدماء العلماء وأحيانا نقرأ له بلسان المتبحر في علوم اللغة الحديثة فنقول: هذا الرجل من المحدثين، لكن عند التمعن نرى أن هذا الرجل أوجد علاقة بين المصطلحات ومنها الذي نحن في صدده (الفتاوى النحوية) من باب التجوز في إطلاق المصطلحات، ويعود السب في ذلك كون السيوطي في الأصل هو من علماء الأصول والفقه مما أثر ذلك في عمله في النحو وخير تمثيل كتابه الفتاوى النحوية الذي يعد ثروة علمية توافق بين المصطلحات العلمية الشرعية التي جاء بها الفقهاء الأقدمون والمصطلحات النحوية، وبين ما يمكن أن يغير ويضيف إلى اللغة العربية بما جاء به عمل المتقدمين عنه مما لا يشوه هذه اللغة العظيمة، ولا يسيء إلى علومها. وطبيعة البحث اقتضت خطة البحث أن تقسم على ثلاثة: المبحث الأول: (المسائل النثرية التي تناولت اسما مختلف في إعرابه) واشتملت دراسة المسائل النثرية التي أورد السيوطي في بعض ألفاظها خلافا نحويا، وأما المبحث الثاني: (المسائل النثرية التي تناولت فعلا) واشتملت دراسة المسائل النثرية التي احتوت على فعل يذكره السيوطي مختلف في إعرابه وأما المبحث الثالث: (المسائل النثرية التي تناولت حرفا) واشتملت دراسة المسائل النثرية التي ذكر السيوطي خلافا إعرابيا في بعض الحروف التي احتوتها تلك المسائل.

Al-Suyuti is one of the scholars whom Allah has opened for them, who is knowledgeable in various legal sciences, whether linguistic or otherwise, and whoever reads Al-Suyuti, whether his book dealt with in this research, or others, it is clear that this man navigates in the sciences of Arabic, and he is familiar with it. Authenticity, so we say: This man is one of the ancient scholars, and sometimes we read of him in the language of one who explores the sciences of modern language, so we say: This man is one of the modernists, but upon closer examination we see that this man found a relationship between the terms and what we are dealing with (grammatical fatwas) as a matter of permissibility in releasing the terms. The reason for that is the fact that Al Suyuti was originally one of the scholars of principles and jurisprudence, which affected his work in grammar and the best representation of his book Grammatical Fatwas, which is a scientific wealth in agreement between the legal scientific terms that were brought by the ancient jurists and grammatical terms, and between what can change and add to The Arabic language is based on what the work of the forerunners brought about, which does not distort this great language, and does not offend its sciences. The nature of the research required the research plan itself to have two sections: The first topic: (prose issues that dealt with a different name in its expression) and included the study of the prose issues that Al-Suyuti mentioned in some of their pronunciation in a grammatical dispute, and the second topic: (the prose issues that actually dealt with) included the study of prose issues Which contained a verb mentioned by Al-Suyuti different in its Arabic, and as for the third topic: (prose issues that dealt with a letter), it included the study of the prose issues that Al-Suyuti mentioned in disagreement with a Bedouin in some of the letters that these issues contained.
