المستخلص: هدف البحث التعريف بالمدعو، وتوضيح حقوقه وواجباته، ومعرفة حالات المدعو ومراتب الدعوة المناسبة لكل منها، ومعرفة أصناف المدعوين، وكيفية التعامل مع كل صنف. وإبراز الهدي النبوي في التعامل مع أحوال المدعوين المختلفة. ومعرفة فوائد مراعاة أحوال المدعوين على عملية الدعوة. ومعرفة أضرار التقصير في مراعاة أحوال المدعوين على عملية الدعوة. اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي المتمثل بتتبع الجزئيات كلها أو بعضها للوصول إلى حكم عام يشملها جميعا. كما استخدمت المنهج الاستنباطي وذلك بتصنيف ما جمع من النصوص الشرعية الواردة من الكتاب والسنة، بوصفهما المصدرين الأساسين للتشريع، واستقراء الأدلة وأقوال أهل العلم المتقدمين منهم والمتأخرين في وجوه الاستدلال. وكذلك الاستفادة من كتب الفكر الإسلامي القديم والحديث التي تطرقت إلى موضوع البحث، واستنباط ما يمكن استنباطه من فوائد ومبادئ تثري الموضوع. وأبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج: ‎١‏- إن المدعو هو الإنسان العاقل على اختلاف جنسه ولونه ومهنته، ويدخل في عمومه الجن باعتباره أحد الثقلين. ‎2- إن من أهم حقوق المدعو على الداعي أن يأتي إليه الداعي ويبلغه الدعوة.

The aim of the research is to introduce the addressee, clarify his rights and duties, know the conditions of the addressee and the appropriate levels of advocacy for each of them, know the types of addressees, how to deal with each type, highlighting the Prophet's guidance in dealing with the different conditions of the addressee, know the benefits of considering the conditions of the addressees in the invitation process, know the disadvantage of failure to consider the conditions of those addresseed to the advocacy process. The researcher followed the inductive approach represented by tracking all or some of the details to arrive at a general ruling that includes all of them. It also used the deductive approach by classifying the collected legal texts from the Qur’an and the Sunnah, as the two main sources of legislation, and extrapolating the evidence and sayings of the scholars, both early and later, in the aspects of inference. As well as benefiting from the books of ancient and modern Islamic thought that touched on the topic of research and elicited what can be deduced from the benefits and principles that enrich the subject. The most prominent findings of the study are: 1- The person who is called is a sane person, regardless of his gender, color, and profession, and the jinn are generally considered one of the two weighty things. 2- One of the most important rights of the addressee over the advocate is to come to him and inform him of the advocacy.
