المستخلص: تم في هذا البحث دراسة دور الاستثمار في تطوير القطاع الزراعي في العراق للمدة (1989-2019) ويعتبر الاستثمار من الأدوات الرئيسية التي تحقق التنمية الاقتصادية ويحدد مسار النمو في الدول النامية ويعتبر المحدد المستقبلي للتوسع في الطاقة الإنتاجية، وكانت مشكلة البحث الرئيسية هي معرفة المشاكل الرئيسة للاستثمار الزراعي في العراق، وتكمن أهمية البحث من أهمية القطاع الزراعي للاقتصاد العراقي وذلك لدور القطاع الزراعي المهم في تنشيط الحياة الاقتصادية لتحفيز المنتجين على زيادة الإنتاج. أما هدف البحث هو التعرف على دور القطاع الزراعي في العراق بنوعيه ومتابعة تطورات حجم الاستثمارات ومعرفة مدى مساهمتها في الناتج القومي في العراق. حيث تم الاعتماد على سلسلة زمنية للبيانات للمدة (1989- 2019) وهي (القوى العاملة الزراعية، متوسط نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي، تراكم رأس المال الثابت الزراعي، إجمالي الناتج الزراعي، التخصيصات الاستثمارية، سعر الفائدة، التكنولوجيا الكيمياوية في العراق) متغيرات مستقلة و (إجمالي الاستثمارات الزراعية) متغير تابع وقد تم اختبار استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية وتبين من نتائج الاختبارات أن متغيران فقط استقرا عند المستوى وباقي المتغيرات استقرت عند الفرق الأول وتم تطبيق أنموذج (ARDL) وتم اختبار التكامل المشترك وتبين هناك علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل ونلاحظ أن معلمة المدى القصير للمتغير المستقل (X1) بلغت (0.123) وهذا يعني أنه يوجد علاقة طردية موجبة بين المتغير التابع (الاستثمارات الزراعية) وبين المتغير المستقل (القوى العاملة الزراعية)، أما المتغير (X2) فقد بلغت (2.235) وهي علاقة موجبة وطردية، والمتغير (X3) بلغت (0.297-) وهذا يعني وجود علاقة عكسية، وكذلك المتغير (X4) بلغت (1.082) وهذا يعني العلاقة طردية وموجبة، وأن المتغير (X5) بلغت قيمته (0.420) أي أن العلاقة طردية وموجبة، وفيما يخص المتغير (X6) فقد بلغت قيمته (6.680-) وهذا يعني العلاقة عكسية ومطابقة للمنطق الاقتصادي، وأخيرا المتغير (X7) فقد بلغ (0.690) أي أن العلاقة بينهم طردية ومعنوية.

The role of investment in developing the agricultural sector in Iraq for the period (1989-2019) Investment is considered one of the main tools that achieve economic development and determines the growth path in the development countries. It is considered the future determinant of expansion in production capacity, and the main research problem was to know the main problem of investment. The agricultural sector in Iraq and the importance of research lies in the importance of the agricultural sector to the Iraqi economy, due to the role of the agricultural sector in revitalizing economic life to motivate producers to increase production. The aim of the research is to identify the role of the agricultural sector in Iraq in terms of quality and follow-up developments in the volume of investments and to know the extent of its contribution to the national product in Iraq. Where it was relied on a time series of beqat for the period (1989 2019), which are (agricultural workforce, average per capita GDP, agricultural fixed capital accumulation, total agricultural product, investment allocations, interest rate, chemical technology in Iraq) independent variables and (Total agricultural investments) is a dependent variable, and the stability of the time series was chosen. From the results of the tests, it was clear that only two variables stabilized at the level and the rest of the variables settled at the first difference. The ARDL model was applied, and joint integration was chosen. It was found that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship, and we note that the short-term parameter The independent variable (X1) amounted to (0.123), which means that there is a direct positive relationship between the dependent variable (agricultural investments) and the independent variable (the agricultural labor force), and the variable (x2) amounted to (2.325), which is a positive and direct relationship, and the variable (83) amounted to (-0.297), and this means that there is an inverse relationship, as well as the variable (X4) amounted to (1.082), which means the relationship is soft and wavey, and that the variable (85) has a value of (0.420), meaning that the relationship is direct and meal, With regard to the variable (6), its value reached (-6.680), which means that the relationship is inverse and conforms to the economic logic, and finally the variable (X7) has reached (0.690), meaning that the relationship between them is direct and moral.
